We had a wonderful experience engagement ring shopping at Brilliant Earth - Georgetown! We were helped by Cherrell who made the entire process easy, pleasant, and educational! I walked away confident my boyfriend would get my dream ring and (added bonus) with a much better understanding of the 4 c's and everything else relevant to diamonds! Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing experience picking out our wedding bands with Bri. She took the time to really understand our style/what we were looking for, and went above and beyond to find rings that perfectly matched our vibe. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and genuine excitement made the entire process so special. We couldn’t recommend Bri and Brilliant Earth in Georgetown more!

My fiancée and I were so excited to visit Brilliant Earth for our appointment today and couldn’t believe have had a more special visit thanks to Randyn Fullard. He has such a warm energy and truly made us feel like attended too throughout our appointment. He even recommended a few locations for my tuxedo for our occasion!! We truly appreciated working with Randyn.

We had the best experience at this Brilliant Earth location today, thanks entirely to Randyn. He matched our energy so well, gave us recommendations, super knowledgeable, and genuinely excited with us!
He gave his honest two cents where it truly mattered and helped guide us toward the best decision for us, not just a sale. Also, we were running late and he never once made us feel rushed.
We came in for our wedding bands and left feeling so sure about our choice. We’ve visited this location before for my engagement ring and have always had great experiences, but this was by far the best one yet.
Huge thank you to Randyn for going above & beyond and making such a meaningful milestone feel seamless and so so special.

Do not buy an engagement ring from Brilliant Earth!!! I had my ring for three years before the head of the ring completely snapped off (as pictured below). I reached out the Brilliant Earth customer service and was told that the defect would not be covered by the lifetime manufactures warranty. The best they could offer is a “metal credit” in which I would still need to pay half the value of the band to have a completely new one made. In addition their customer service is non-responsive. There has been three occasions in which they scheduled a phone call with us to discuss the repair and then never reached out. I have asked for a refund and that the diamond be shipped back to me because I don’t trust them to make a brand new ring. PLEASE do your research before buying from Brilliant Earth.

Bri was a huge help in necklace shopping for my husband.
The Georgetown location didn’t stock any necklaces I was interested in but Bri ordered multiple necklaces ahead of my appointment to ensure my husband could try on the styles I chose in-person. She also coordinated discussions with her manager and the Brilliant earth product team to look into necklace customization when my husband preferred a different necklace widths.
While I didn’t find a style that suited my husband perfectly, I thought Brilliant Earth had a great selection to try, and Bri went above and beyond to try to accommodate my husband’s style preferences. I would definitely recommend making an appointment to look into brilliant earth’s jewelry selection!

I have looked at the Brilliant Earth website for years, particularly because I like the idea of recycling precious metals and ethical sourcing of diamonds. l never had a particular desire to give jewelry, however, until my spouse told me that she wanted a particular style of necklace for her birthday. I saw a chain on their website that just might fit the bill, but thought it might need some alteration. Therefore, we decided to go to the showroom rather than buy online.
The necklace as presented turned out to be perfect, and we also decided to look at new wedding rings to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Rebecca assisted us by expertly asking questions to help us select the right rings for us. Due to the “porch pirate” issue in DC, we elected to have the jewelry delivered to the showroom. Therefore, we were in and out of the showroom a couple of times. The staff was always friendly and professional, and went out of their way to help us.

We had an appointment with Bri and she was absolutely amazing! My future husband and I went to pick out our wedding bands and she wasn’t pushy or rude at all. Let us try on and really take our time with such an important decision. 10/10 would recommend booking with her!
