I filled up the tank right before returning the car. When I dropped it off, a staff member named John asked whether I had refueled, and I said yes. But 30 minutes later, I still received a bill with a $50 additional cost for refueling service.
I was visiting DC and had to spend another hour coming back from a museum just to find him and get the bill corrected. Very inconvenient and overall a bad experience.

Reserved a sedan, but all they had were 7 passenger SUVs when I arrived. The vehicle only had 1/8 tank of gas at pick up so I immediately had to get gas before heading to my destination which was inconvenient. When I turned it in the paperwork said it was full, so thankfully I had taken a picture for proof. It automatically charged me at return so then I had to go inside and get it reversed and wait for a refund to my card.

Had a fantastic experience with them. After having terrible experiences at Hertz (at two different locations!) this Budget rental was a breath of fresh air.

The car i rented the 3rd week of June had tags that had expired in May. I found out after I had driven 300+ miles. When I notified Budget I was told to illegally drive the car over 50 miles to an airport to exchange the car. After two days and speaking to 12 people, they finally towed another car to the hotel where i was staying. I spent 2 days of my 3 1/2 da
y trip trying to get a legally drivable car. When I returned home Budget did give me a small discount.

We had a very bad experience while trying to rent a car here. The staff was very unhelpful and rude. We went somewhere else in the end, because it was just impossible to rent here.

No problem with the car reservation nor the car.
However the people working over there are extremely rude.
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an incredibly rude employee at this car rental agency. From the moment we approached the counter, the staff member was dismissive, impatient, and outright disrespectful. They spoke to me in a condescending tone, rolled their eyes at our questions, and made no effort to assist us in a professional manner. You can tell that he does not own the business and does not care at all.

The car reservation had been made well in advance, precisely 2 months and 3 days before it was needed. On the day of collection, I arrived at 10:45 for the scheduled 11:00 pickup. To my dismay, I encountered Will, who I must say was the most impolite individual I have ever encountered. He informed me, in a rather brusque manner, that there were no cars available, and I was fifth in line, expecting a wait of at least 30 minutes.I proceeded to pose two questions to Will: why there were no cars available when I had made the booking weeks ago, and how he could predict a 30-minute delay in the absence of cars. However, rather than responding to my queries, Will simply raised his voice and instructed me, along with another waiting customer, to "CLOSE THE DOOR." It was only after enduring a delay of 50 minutes that I was eventually able to depart with the car.Upon returning home, I noticed an additional charge of £105 on my credit card statement. To my surprise, this charge is categorized as a "non-package item," and I remain uncertain about the nature of this charge, as I had initially believed that I had settled the payment in full.Budget/Avis you were a shambles, you just don't understand what customer service is. PS the car was fine.!!

Dreadful experience- avoid this Budget location. Counter Service man called Will was the rudest ever I have experienced. Car booked and prepaid months in advance and none available until customers returned, so had well over an hour wait. Unhelpful Will! Never again!
