This location consistently never picks up the phone. They say it is because they are busy, but when I say never, I mean never. I’ve tried so many times, at different times of the day — makes no difference. They ignore all calls, expecting the international call center to do everything, but sometimes you need to contact the location itself.

From my experience the people behind the counter at this location are not friendly or welcoming in the least bit. You can hardly speak with someone via the phone, and when I went in for my last visit back in March the guy I was dealing with upon returning the vehicle was very combative all because I asked for a printed receipt and didn’t feel comfortable just handing him the keys and leaving without anything. Call me crazy but some people (like me) still prefer some sort of a physical document. Had to ultimately take my business elsewhere. When you walk into an establishment and feel tensed up because you don’t know if you’ll encounter an unpleasant exchange with someone, it’s not worth your time or money.

AVOID! Was charged over $300 for tolls in a state I was not in. Customer service is TERRIBLE and it took hours to get in touch with someone to assist and even then they had to send it to someone else and I am still waiting on a resolution.

4/9/25 update: after budget’s reply commented below, I followed its instructions and emailed the address that its comment told me to contact. I got no reply for a month. Then, a month later, I get a reply that says “we actually told you the wrong email address, so we won’t help you.” They didn’t address my concerns with the rental—they didn’t even forward my email to the right address. They instead took the time to email me just to say “we won’t help.” I’d think Budget was full of sadists who enjoy the suffering of their customers, but incompetence seems the more likely answer. Go with Penske!!

Reserved rental truck for a one-way trip, dropoff at another location. Budget emailed saying my 16’ truck was available for pickup, plus furniture pads that I separately purchased. When I arrived at the store and I was told there was no truck and no furniture pads. After hours of wrangling, I ended up with a truck and was charged for furniture pads despite not receiving them.
Things got worse. When I called budget customer service to extend the rental—I needed another week with the truck—customer service accepted the extension and put it in, and indicated I’d be charged for it. But even though customer service confirmed the extension, this location refused to update the rental to show the new dropoff date. After budget’s asset control people called me saying “where is our truck,” I had to get budget’s national inventory division involved to override this location and update their records to reflect the confirmed extension of the rental period. It took more than ten hours on hold, talking to various budget departments (customer service, truck-specific customer service, rental management, rental *extensions,* and then national inventory management) because this location couldn’t be troubled to follow budget’s protocol and update their reservation data to reflect the extensions that budget customer service confirmed. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I had the pleasure of renting from this location for the first time...
I was surprised about the professionalism from the weekend staff to the week day staff... Even the gentleman that was cleaning cars in the back was very kind when he saw I wasn't feeling well.. I will rent again!!

This location is definitely falling apart a bit but if you don’t mind that, the customer service is exceptional. I was bouncing around to different Budget locations for a same day rental after being denied a car at other locations (even with a reservation). I was almost all out of hope when Shawn got me a last minute same day rental within a few minutes and that too for a cheaper price. The car was very clean and had no issues. Thank you Shawn!!

This place looks pretty scrappy but the customer service here is phenomenal.
Started renting here during the pandemic and have always had a wonderful and respectful experience — this is my go-to location for rentals.
