Don't buy anything from this store unless you are absolutely sure about your purchase. I bought an international travel adapter from this store six days ago, then realized we already had one at home. I tried to return it but was told I couldn't. I was surprised at this, since the receipt did not state this, only that "Valid ID and receipt required for all returns". I wish I had known I could not return it before I drove into Washington DC to take it back. Next time I'll stick with Amazon and free shipping. The same item is half the price online.

Worst customer service ever! My order got cancelled without even notifiying the reason. They gave me a number and email so I could get in touch and I NEVER got a proper answer. I bought a Mac Pro and other accessories in the store (was ok) but my “online purshase†was absolute trash. BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING ONLINE FROM THIS STORE.

Had a good experience here! I asked them information about how to transfer data from my old laptop to my new one, the staff was very helpful and provided a lot of possible solutions. I didn't buy anything and yet the staff was happy to help, so that was really cool!
