DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Service horrible!!. I link up with friends already here on a Thursday at 7:21 Pm. My friend is already eating, the other is waiting for his wings. He stated he ordered them at the same time as his friend. (3 of us at the table fyi) I put my order then I get my order right at 8:28 PM!! My other friend has yet to get his order! As you can see not too busy (see Pic), we flag the waitress down. She's rude and literally 2 min later comes out with 10 piece wings but my friend ordered all flats AND FRIES!With an attitude she takes it back, 10 min later brings all flats out.. still FORGOT THE FRIES! At this point we need a refund but we were being cordial.Ordered another round of drinks. 21 minutes past while they all just sit at the bar (see Pic)! So we have to, once again, flag a waitress down & ask if we want the drinks anymore. We told her no. She comes back & tell us, the manager won't take it off knowing they didn't even make the drink! Mind you, only 2 couples are at the bar!! So my friend is pissed at this point & rightfully so. I had to calm him down & spoke with the manager to tell her that's not great service and plead to take the drink off. She must have came to her senses because YOU ARE AN EXAMPLE in front of your employees.Save yourself the headache and deliver Wingstop, it'll come way faster!

Horrible place to grab a bite to eat. As I stood waiting several minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence at the entry way, I wondered why I was still there. After a lengthy wait I was finally approached by someone to say sit anywhere you like. Mind you this place was not busy with a few people at the bar, four tables in the bar area occupied and three tables in the dining area occupied. I sat down in the bar area at a high top waiting for a menu, not realizing there is a QR code under the drink menu. After my discovery of the QR code I ordered a beer and some food and waited for a glass of water and the beer. The beer came out and ended up slinging I could also get some water in the waitress provided. Food came out somewhat quickly (no more than 10 mins) but the waitress dropped it off and split. She didn’t even ask if I want some condiments for my food, just gone. I thought she would be bad to check in but that was not the case, didn’t see her until after there was a later issue. Powered through my meal with no condiments and finish my first beer so I thought I’d enjoy another to wash down the food. Place the order via the app and wait, and wait, and wait. After several minutes of waiting and not seeing any waitress, I went to the bar and wasn’t even acknowledged. I finally caught someone bringing out some food who just so happened to be the shift manager. I explained to her that I placed an order for a beer several minutes prior and still had not received it, nor would the app allow me to cancel or even pay the tab. She hastily interrupted and said that she had a new bar tender and that it was busy. I looked around and asked her if the bar tender is new why is she all by her self with no trainer and that the number of tables occupied didn’t match up with her busy statement. I then asked if I could just cancel the beer I never received and pay my tab. She obliged and said she would discount my tab, which was a nice gesture. She rang out the check and I noticed the discount was $2, better than nothing I guess but that was not the point. I just wanted to leave and not deal with the bad customer service, from which I scanned the QR code to leave a comment and walked the door. I retrieved the code and left a detail of events and the lack of service provided - and staying in form there was no attempt to find out more on why the comment was given. Apparently this is the standard and no additional information is needed.

10$ for 6 pre made mozzarella sticks, and 15$ for 10 small pre made wings. Terrible quality, especially for the price.

We arrived and were seated by the stand host.Waters were dropped off and we were told that the server would be back.After 15 minutes we had to get up and leave.4 servers standing around and no one to take our order.Sunday 2:45pm

GARBAGE! From the staff, to the service and the food. Says they close at 12 but really close at 11 and won’t give you your money back when u order online after they say they’re open. Do not come here! They really should close it down because it gives B-Dubs a bad name.

Boneless wings had a dry and burnt taste to them. Quality was poor and wings tasted old.Quick service tho, and the to go host was nice, but I can’t in good conscious recommend this to anyone at all.

I love bw3 but this one makes me want to never return. Sat at the bar for a quick beer and dinner. Was told I could only order qr code. Ordered a beer. Bartender nowhere to be found. After waiting over 10 minutes just to get a draft beer I closed my tab and spent my money elsewhere. This place is an absolute joke with employees that could care less about serving their customers.

This place never seems to get an order correct or in a timely fashion. Tonight i ordered ahead for pickup thinking id give it a try one more time. It took 20 minutes past the time I was told to pick up my food for it to come out, and even then, the queso that was supposed to be on my fries was replaced with melted shredded cheese. I would be understanding if it was busy, but there are a total of 7 people in this entire restaurant. 20 minutes late on an incorrect order. You’re better off just driving to the Pentagon city location.

I really enjoyed my dinner here! I did hear about other BWW locations carrying Beatboxes and I would love for that to happen here!! I would really make the experience a whole lot better and add delicious drinks to the menu!
