I just lost an under $300. The arm machine took my money. The machine next to it isn’t working so that machine was the only one. A person used it before me , then it’s my turn and now the machine doesn’t take cash deposits. Should’ve said so before I deposit my money. These atm machines at this location is not reliable at all. A judge inconvenience.

You want to automate teller services, then be prepared to have your customer-facing experience shaped by your automated teller machines (ATMs). First these ATM machines are positively filthy (see photo evidence) with broken fixtures (see photos). One was out of service. The other would not print a receipt. The touchscreen functionality was so bad I had to abort my transaction.One of the other ATMs Capital One has down the street, in the heart of the Chinatown shopping and entertainment district, across from Capital One arena, closes down every night no later than 7pm. So, if it’s after 7pm, this ATM at 12th & F St. is your closest alternative.

Horrible customer service every time. At least they’re consistent. I would avoid this location if I could, but I can’t. Do yourself a favor, pick another bank or Capital One location.

So capital one closed most of the branches to open up cafes which you can’t really do anything there except use the atm. The closest full branch to me now is this location at 12th & F street NW. It is very slow and always crowded. Every time I come to this location it’s always 2 people working here. One teller and one banker. I rarely come to this location because of this and come back with hopes that when I’ve come back it’s fully staffed. But no, same long waits. So disappointing! I’m taking my busy elsewhere.

I have been banking with this bank for over 30 years. It was great when it used to be Chevy Chase, there were so much issue once it switched over to Capital One. They failed to processed my direct deposited in the beginning of switched, the tellers were rude in the branches on Old Georgetown road. And now, my online banking has not been working for over a week, I called customer services and they insisted that I have to give them my SSN for any assistance, and tried to assure me that the system is safe. They were just hacked about a month ago, and now telling me that the system is safe, so safe that the online banking is down for over a week.

Horrible service. Always waiting for 30 minutes to do a simple transaction, and yes if I could do it at an atm or online I would, but when I have no choice :(. Also, a 100 dollars disappeared from my deposit when I clearly knew how much money I just withdrew from another bank. Boone at the branch, including the manager, did anything about it, even said how they don’t put cameras to monitor their employees. So now the money is gone, guess where

Decided to go into the branch to discuss opening new accounts and looking into my current credit account. Complete waist of an hour. After waiting and waiting to finally be told that she would not know when she would be able to sit with me. The rep advised me to use the app. After deciding to leave I received a snobby attitude with her telling me to have a nice day in a condensing tone. My advice do not waist your time at this branch!
