I have been on the Hill since dirt was discovered here; I ran my own biz here for 25 years(Splash Car Wash). This business is well run and Mrs. Kim is a jewel. I had a dress(tuxedo) shirt damaged here once, years ago, and she covered the replacement cost. This remains my go-to place, and it should be yours.

I had a wonderful experience using their services for my wedding gown. I needed a few alterations made to my BHLDN gown and they were really helpful! Ms. Kim made precise measurements and pinned where necessary, while also receiving my considerations and wishes. With asking for alterations for a VERY important item (i.e. my wedding dress), I was nervous going into her shop, but I felt super confident it would look exactly how I wanted it to by the time I left. It was ready within a few weeks and it fit like a glove! I was also very pleased with the cost of their services. Exactly what I needed and within budget!Services: Clothing alterations & repairs

FYI. They charge double the price of alterations elsewhere. I got a simple dress shortened here (the most straightforward of hemlines) and it was $50.
