First and last time using this service. My home delivery was delayed twice, so I asked customer support if I could pick it up at this location. Customer support said I could and that it was ready for pickup that afternoon. I went there, and it still wasn’t available. I asked customer support to instead have it filled at another pharmacy, and they struggled to do that because, they said, the pharmacy wouldn’t pick up the phone. (What kind of business model depends on someone picking up a phone?!) I recommended another local pharmacy to them, and they belly-flopped on that too.
I finally asked my doctor to cut Capsule out of the process and just send my prescription to my local CVS. I was able to pick it up the next morning without any problem.
The whole process with Capsule was just a massive waste of my time and the antithesis of the convenience they promise. I almost wanted to apply for employment with Capsule because it became a part-time job trying to get them to do their job. Just staggering incompetence.

Capsule staff are so responsive, even on the weekend, and follow through with doctors to get prescriptions filled. And with the home delivery too, I'm very happy that I switched to Capsule as my pharmacy!

It was almost so convenient. As a single mom of 3, I was so excited and relieved when I saw a free delivery option for my daughter’s prescription. This would be convenient if the medication weren’t time sensitive. Some things require treatment as soon as possible and this was one of those times. I made the mistake of assuming that once the prescription is filled they would prioritize providing it within a certain time window, maybe 2-3 hours from the order being filled and paid for to my doorstep.
Needless to say, I was excited when I received the notification that my prescription was ready around 4pm, only to find out I would still be waiting on it to arrive (between the 4-7pm window for today) had I actually stayed with this platform and not transferred. The website also was not allowing me to type my payment information into the spaces provided which also hindered my ability to get it delivered.

It’s been 5 days since urgent care prescribed me medication for shingles. I have not received my medication yet. Capsule texted me saying I would receive delivery options within an hour, and never heard from them after that… seems very unreliable to me. Shingles medication is effective when taken within 3 days of when symptoms first appear, so the medication is not very useful for me anymore, if they do ever deliver it.

Love Capsule Pharmacy! It's a lifesaver for sure, and the comfort I get from having my meds delivered directly to my door is unmatched. This makes life easy, and getting my meds delivered right to me is fantastic. Victoria, you are awesome for always trying to be patient with me. I have been with Capsule for a few years, and I'd recommend it to anyone. The delivery is so efficient and convenient, and the app is very easy to use. On the day you schedule delivery, you receive a window of time in which your medication will be delivered. The order is actually GPS tracked, so you know exactly when it arrives. I have had the most positive experiences with one of the drivers for Capsule - Victoria. She is extremely personable and goes above and beyond to get your medication to you. I missed her call during a delivery time slot, and she circled back to bring my my medication 15 minutes later. I've also changed the delivery address of my medications at last minute, and Victoria was super accommodating. Thank you Victoria!

I picked them because they promised same day delivery for my antibiotic, but upon checkout they only offered times more than 24 hours in the future. They wouldn't let me transfer it back to a traditional pharmacy so I'm stuck with them. Still suffering waiting for medication that I could have had by now. Not worth it. Plus the $5 delivery fee is more than the price of the medication itself.
