“Wonderful, wonderful shopping experience that cannot be replicated! Buying a Persian rug is best to do in person so that you can see it from different angles and different lighting. It’s difficult to describe how much the shopping experience is elevated by the kind, dedicated, and knowledgeable people in this gallery. From browsing to purchasing, such an amazing experience! “I loved working with Floors on 14th for my entire one-bedroom apartment. Initially I hired them to do my bedroom, and once that was completed, I simply HAD to do the rest of the apartment because of the fantastic job they did.The business was recommended by a friend of mine and she couldn't have a better experience as well. I stopped in and spent 45 minutes chatting with the sales associate learning about the different types of woods and "character" types. I am a pretty indecisive person, so I was trying to gather as much information as possible. The sales associate understood my preferences pretty quickly and showed me a couple of different woods that fit the design and energy I was going for. The knowledge, support and 1:1 attention meant a lot to me. In fact, I loved learning from and spending time with the sales associate and owner so much that I came to the store three times to look at different woods and determine what I wanted. They helped me at every step - and were very patient!Once I decided on a wood, the installation was pretty easy and smooth. I was always in contact with the owner and the installation team. The work itself was wonderful. It came out better than I could have imagined. I am so pleased with the results - it completely transformed the space. The floor is the foundation of this space and design story, so I am super excited to make this apartment a home.”
