Larry was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process! Really love our new mattress - the Dream model is exactly what we were looking for. The hybrid snow pillows are a perfect complement and make for the most comfortable sleep setup. Highly recommend both the products and the excellent customer service!

Jeremy Warner was incredibly helpful throughout my entire mattress purchase process. He not only answered all my questions but also assisted me in placing the mattress in my Uber. Great store and great mattresses. The staff there are super helpful and patient with you. They take the time to answer all your questions. We went several times and met with Jeremy the first time and Larry the second time. Both were fantastic. Highly recommend them.

If you want terrible service then this is for you. Waited over a month to get my bedframe, then their customer service kept giving me the run around about when I would reach out. When it got to their hub for delivery it took them a day to find it and scan it in despite them having it. Two days later, they delievered the frame 3 hours past the window for delivery, and refused to assemble it for me as the service included as well as bring it to my bedroom so I had to bring it upstairs hurting myself. Never had such bad service in my entire life. Don’t ever get one of their bed frames!

Sasha, store manager and Demetri, store employee were a dynamite team! Knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We bought pillows, mattress, and sheets and they walked us through all the options. We love Casper and would come back to this store again!

Jeffrey, the sales associate, is incredibly sweet and gave me excellent service! I didn't fall in love with the pillows--if there were a softness between soft and medium-soft I think I'd be sold--but the cooling technology in the snow pillow was amazing. That pillow is literally cold! Go for Jeffrey, stay for a cool pillow and soft bed. The shop is very visually pleasing and cozy.

Such a helpful store! Manager went out of his way to pull out from storage a specific mattress I wanted to try--above and beyond service! Employees listened to what I was looking for and made sure I had a lot of time to try out each mattress and understand the differences. Ended up buying the original hybrid and looking forward to getting it!

Tajuana and her team went above and beyond! After a lengthy mattress search, and not liking other beds-in-a-box, we decided to give Casper a last minute try. We went into the store to specifically look for a mattress that was recommended to us (Nova hybrid). While the H street store did not have the Nova on display, we settled on the Original hybrid. Tajuana and Jeremy were patient and knowledgeable (providing just the right amount of attention and information, while letting us try out the various mattresses). We walked away thinking the Original hybrid was the choice, but a little disappointed we didn't try the Nova.To our surprise, by the time we arrived back home, Tajuana had texted us - stating she and Jeremy would be happy to get a Nova out from storage and put it our for us to try. We stopped back the following day - getting a chance to evaluate the Nova (spoiler, we settled on the original hybrid, but now our minds' were at peace knowing we tried the Nova). The staff was friendly and patient once again!During our mattress search, we went to about 8+ stores across the DMV, looking at mattresses from $1k-$30k. Casper and the H street store, was only the second store, that provided a knowledgable, friendly and customer-service oriented experience (on par with what we experienced at the $30k mattress store). Thanks to the team!

The manager here is rude. I did not expect to be treated so rudely by a black woman when I am a black woman myself. Did not help or assist me but assisted the caucasian family when they walked in for sheets when I was purchasing a mattress. I will purchase from online. Customer service here is utterly ridiculous
