Anta is the best!!!! She deserves a raise. I’ve been to the Chanel in Tysons Corner and the women there were not the friendliest, but the sales associates in DC are phenomenal (Anta is definitely the best out of all of them). I highly recommend her. She’s such a sweet person, and she goes absolutely above and beyond for her customers. She's derserves to be the manager of the store in DC.

Ms Anta white was so pleasant to me she helped me through my first experience with getting my first Chanel bag. after that I came back to get some shades she recommended me the first time I was there overall her being is beautiful I will be back for future business and hopefully she’s there to assist me!!!!

My recent visit to the Chanel boutique in CityCenterDC was truly exceptional thanks to Princess and Briana. From the moment I arrived, they created a warm, welcoming and attentive experience. Briana went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and taken care of, which made my visit feel all the more special. What impressed me most was how they managed to balance professionalism with a personal touch — I never once felt rushed or pressured, only cared for and valued as a client. They elevated the shopping experience into something memorable and special, embodying the very essence of the Chanel brand: timeless elegance, sophistication, and grace.

Sales associate Yijing was amazing from beginning to end! I made my appointment a week prior with Chanel.com and the morning of my appointment Yijing sent me a text letting me know she would be assisting me and when I arrived she greeted me at the front. She asked what I was in need of, answered all my questions, was patient and very pleasant! And because this was my first Chanel boutique purchase she explained everything to me from the warranty to how to register my bag!
I will say the reviews online had me a bit reluctant to visit this location but I was so pleased to see that my experience was far from negative! I will be shopping here again!

The associate James is exactly why people complain about the store experience at luxury stores. He was very arrogant for no reason, not accommodating and unhelpful when I tried to find a different size for the shoes. Eventually, after 5 minutes assisting he just asked another person to help me, who was very nice.
