I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this branch, which I feel compelled to share. I visited this morning with the intention of withdrawing money from my bank account. Little did I know that this would turn into a frustrating ordeal that left me feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated.Upon reaching the teller, I provided all the necessary identification documents, including my ID, passport, and visa card. Additionally, I showed her my online banking details and even verified my signature. Despite all this, the teller and her manager seemed completely clueless and incapable of assisting me.To my disbelief, after waiting for an excruciatingly long hour, they informed me that there was no way for me to access my own funds. This was an unacceptable response, especially considering the amount of time and effort I had already invested in the process. Frustrated and desperate, I even requested that she call the police to resolve the matter, but she outright refused.Feeling utterly defeated, I left the branch in disbelief and frustration. However, determined to resolve the issue, I decided to visit another Chase branch in DuPont later in the day. To my surprise, armed only with my ID and visa credit card, I was able to successfully withdraw the money I needed without any hassle or complications. This stark contrast in service between the two branches only added to my disappointment and highlighted the incompetence of this branch. My experience was nothing short of horrific. The lack of professionalism and assistance from the teller and the manager was appalling. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and have my concerns addressed promptly. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.I sincerely hope that Chase Bank takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues I encountered. No customer should have to endure such a frustrating and disheartening experience. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this bank, as my encounter has left me with a lasting negative impression.

ATM is behind a locked door. Supposed to be accessible with your bank card. Does not work.

This branch is the worst. I opened an estate account for my deceased mother and the banker made an error on the title of the account. I sold my moms house and place the funds in the account. The back office closed the account a month ago due to bank error and I have yet to receive the funds from the closed account. They do not have a manager and I have tried several times to get assistance. They refuse to escalate the issue and now I will have to pay for a lawyer to get my funds. Do not trust Chase Bank

do NOT use chase bank... search online about their scams when you try to close an account...they will tell you your account is closed but wont close it and will continue to charge you... I closed down two accounts (a checking and savings) and somehow they only actually closed out 1 of those... they waited from march until september to contact me regarding this.... during this i wasn't able to logon to online banking so one would logically assume that was because my account was shut down, apparently one of them was not.... It had a perfectly $0 balance and becuase it didnt meet the min transactions per month/min balance (it shouldnt need to meet a min if its SHUT DOWN) they charged fees... they then charged interest on these fees... they didnt notify me about this until almost 7 months later. then they extorted me for a fee and told me i'd have to settle and pay them back half of the fees/interest or theyd report it on my credit... this is absurd.... they know you wont bother with a lawyer to get the fake claim off your credit report (because the lawyer would be 10x the fees) so they reduce the fees (to make you think youre getting a deal) in order to extort you and get you to pay. If you this has happened to you, I'd highly encourage you to contact your states attorney general and report any applicable fraud. They know they can take advantage of us and we cannot continue to let them do that.

It's amazing to be in the event where they can help others receive what they want and what they need to be financially successful. Great place to bank.

I called this location to confirm that they have a notary public and to make an appointment if necessary. The woman who answered confirmed they do and asked when I could be there. I said within 10 minutes. She said, ok, I'll let the notary know not to take any new customers. I walked over in 15 degree weather and arrived "within 10 minutes." A woman told me to take a seat an then disappeared entirely. Later, a guy came over and asked what I needed help with. I told him I had called and needed something notarized. He checked and said it would be "about seven minutes" (weirdly specific). I waited. He then came back, apologized, and said "it's going to be, like, an hour, do you want to make an appointment?" Seriously? Ridiculous.
