Sara was very rude and gave horrible service. Employees should also be given a talk about hygiene as she also smelled horrible. I assumed it’s a custom to have good hygiene in a professional setting.

Terrible service, I was expecting my debit card in the mail and waited for two weeks and found out it was NEVER printed!!! plus the bad customer service by the workers in that branch. I would avoid it in the future.

Sara at the Georgetown office is wonderful and does her best.
Chase in general is very disappointing. I was a First Republic client for 30 years and their customer service was the best.
I’ve spent so much time on the phone talking to customer service which really doesn’t exist at Chase. I think they are too big to offer service. Their employees have no connection to the clients. It’s just a job.
I knew I would miss First Republic service, but I never realized how much until now.

DO NOT VISIT THIS BRANCH. The customer service is horrible! Nobody is trained to do simple tasks. The BRANCH MANAGER Alfred is very rude. They do not care about its customers. I’ve been a Chase business client for years and the service that i recently received or lack there of made me strongly consider closing the account and taking my business elsewhere.

I am disgusted and disappointed in the service provided at this chase branch. I was a victim of a fraudulent job posting to steal my identity. Luckily, I caught it early enough that all they got was my drivers license, but it is still very scary to even be on that path, and scary I had progressed so far on it. The chase branch manager, when I explained the situation, victim blamed me and said she was unable to do anything until my identity was already stolen. I suggested she cancel the deposit of my first check, as it had not yet cleared, and she said she could not. I requested she look into the company that provided me the fraudulent check, and she said she could not even do that. She suggested I call customer service despite my already having made the trip to the branch. What a waste of time. I asked her if she could contact customer service on my behalf since I had already explained everything to her, and she said no, stating she had a meeting soon. When I tell you my blood was boiling…. She even had the audacity to say that by signing and depositing a fraudulent check, I had committed fraud myself. Apparently she doesn’t know the first thing about fraud, because it’s not fraud if you don’t know the check is dirty. I was a victim, and she made me feel like the perpetrator. Do not make the same mistake I did by going here: they can’t do anything, they’ll tell you to call customer service, and will make you feel like ****.

Bad customer service. Go to the Chase on P St instead. It’s a 5 min walk. They took 10 min to do the job which this branch took 45 mins for and still couldn’t get done successfully
