Scheduled appointment here in the app, but when I arrived, the branch was closed. I received no message to indicate this, and the branch shows as open online. No one was told this was happening. A security guard was outside telling people the branch was closed and several people said they had appointments. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of Chase customers.

I never post reviews, but I'm so sick of this branch! It seems everytime I come into this branch, they direct me to online services. Obviously I'm coming into the branch because it cannot be done online. The form I need filled out has previously been filled out at a branch, which is very simple. After rushing in traffic to get there by 5, per manager...go online! Thx and goodbye

I had to stop in to do a wire transfer to my title company. They double and triple checked everything and it all went smoothly. Everyone was so pleasant

Some people who worked in there kept verbally abusing me every time we went in there with stating fowl stuff towards us, non-provoked and saying illuminati threats towards us during this pandemic, bullying my daughter and i as we were in there and as I was trying to handle business. I think they were doing this vexing harassments listening to some one that was hating on from another Chase bank place, they are were hating on us non-provoked a lot with doing vexing harassments...
