?? BRAVO?? to Mr. Jermaine Lyn and the entire Chase bank representatives. The service today was top notch. You all made my day by greeting me with the correct pronunciation of my name, in which I give 2 circles and a snap??(props to In Living Color). I had numerous of questions and they patiently answered them all. I left out the bank with everything I needed and more. THANK YOU..YAY TEAM????

This chase by far was the best/most friendly I’ve ever been at! The staff was so helpful and welcoming. They even gave a treat to my dog while helping me at that ATM. Thanks, y’all, for making my day better!!

Amazing service. Bank representatives were amazing friendly and helpful .I was assisted by Mr. Jermaine Lyn Who went above and beyond in helping me open my new Business accounts .I didn’t understand much about a business account but he took his time to make sure I understood everything about my new accounts .and I was grateful for his patience and kindness at Chase I felt like a valued customer. Got there at 4:15 and they said I could not open a bank account. Even though they don’t close until 5. Then could not tell me the availability for tomorrow. Seems they just focus on closing whether than getting new customers. Worst branch!

Basically, the branch is more interested in closing on time rather than the customer's needs.I went to the branch an hour before they close. They ask what I need as soon I as I walked in. I explained that I need to make changes to an existing account and open a new one. After change has been made on the existing account, I am told to set up an appointment and come back to open a new account THE NEXT DAY because it takes about 45 minutes and they are closing. Then why not tell me in the beginning instead of 15 minutes before they close? I asked Sharon, the branch manager, about the situation and she says they can actually open the account but they would have to stay until 6:30 and get an approval with the security company suggesting it will take LONG TIME to get an approval.I am not sure why they didn't tell me that in the beginning if they can't do it. Worse yet, Sharon, the branch manager tells me they can actually open the account then why don't you do it rather then keep giving me excuses about it will take a long time.The Worst CHASE BRANCH EVER. I have gone to number of different branch locations but this is the WORST with incompetent customer service and a branch manager was trying to be politically correct and giving excuses but NOT ACTUALLY RESOLVE THE SITUATION. She was telling me she has years of experience in banking and wants to make me happy and not walk out dissatisfied. All they had to do was just open a new account which is what any bank does.

I stopped by this location for the first time on Friday, after having my purse stolen earlier this week. Backstory - I had no access to my accounts due to chase no longer offering the option to get a replacement card in bank. When I called customer service about the replacement the guy was not that helpful. He placed the order and I had to demand express shipping for an additional fee for my personal and business accounts, that should be to me in 1-2 business days. Which they weren't by the time I needed access to my funds. The Service that mattered - I entered the bank frustrated because I didn't have access to anything at this point. The bank associate Donna was there to change the experience. Besides a warm and friendly greeting upon entrance, when I explained what occurred and showed her my ID she was quickly able to assist. She even went above and beyond and explained that I do have virtual access to my replacement cards via my phone wallet! She walked me through step by step for both my business and personal accounts. She didn't have to take the time to do this (as the customer service rep on the phone should have when I replaced my card) but none the less she did! She provided empathy and stellar customer service, which is what matters most! Thank you again Donna! You rock!

Not a good bank for dc residents. I’ve been stranded in at a grocery store four times during typical business hours due To declined transactions and no customer service or app features.

Amazing service. Bank representatives were super friendly and helpful. Was served by Camila who went above and beyond in helping me sort out my problems, even sitting with me to ring up Chase. Absolutely could not have gotten everything sorted without her help, and am very grateful. Thanks Camila, you’re going to go far!
