Nice people but minimum service. The problem with Chase overall is that no one seems to take responsibility when things go wrong for a client. Then... where is the help? Nowhere. No person has control. The computers have control. I'm tired of people shrugging their shoulders. Who is in charge when a client is stuck?

Very unprofessional. They make funny eye contact when I walked in not knowing I have a Business account with Chase.

Service was amazing at this location! I was having some card trouble and the representatives were wonderful about my situation and so patient too. The staff is very friendly and polite. It’s too bad I’m only a visitor and not from the area. I would definitely come here again next time I’m visiting.

Aahh, this is perfect for a long fitted choice. This place it's huge. Super Fashionablely Successful They have the biggest Financial Banking Opportunity in the universe. I totally reccomend this place to be in the officiall corporation. MAGNIFICENT. Welcome to the Community Program. This is the host, everyone is here for details, here is the Instructions for the event. Chase is the Financal Opperation Bank that is convenient in Northwest city of Washington District. It's a outstanding effort they're performing in the customer banking assistance.(Review Moment) When in the fun tour, I took a look at the area and plan to check it out. Then as I entered, one guy welcomed me to the place. I great him too. He introduced himself. Hamed and I introduce myself who I am to him and he ask what I wanted. I answered the task then he wanted me to wait in the chair. The fineature is very much like the hotel or home which is great. Couple minutes later, I ask if there's a restroom available he said they unavailable plus they're close.oh alright. 6 minutes later I mate a guy who is the coolest supervisor Mr Clanton for the back we have a great time plus Hamed and I become very close friends. The service is fun to be there unlike any other branch. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. They've been very helpful for Professional Service. In make perfectly sure I got everything I want to take charge for the future of my cooperation keep track on every dedicated guidelines in order to keep every records stay balanced and well controlled confidentially. No matter what it is they can take care of it faster than the original session of it. No problematic issues, no doubt. Everything is officially admitted without any mistakes involved. Can they do it ? Yes, Indeed. Do they actually help people in need ? Sure they can help. They're 100% professionally trained to help customers with any difficulties they have and assistance for recommend advice. This guide is the ultimate example for the upcoming schedule of the important solution in the Financial Suggestion. Prove the, Commit it, and they'll be always a Confident and Decent Journey. Service is poor. They don’t make any extra effort or willing to walk an extra mile to deliver the service. It started with the top. The branch manager Berta Alfaro is a bad example. Don’t bank with Chase. Go to TD Bank, which is far more friendlier and nicer.

They should hire better team. They never know anything... go to the web, call the number... I’ve been client in NY for years and here in DC is terrible service. Unprofessional

OK, because I have to go to this branch again and again I have revised my opinion. The staff are always super friendly and they don't take that long. I have come around to liking this "personal" experience!

I really don't know why the developer of this website made it so difficult to figure out how to change my debit card. pin, (Because I forgot it) I thought it'd be easier recover my pin over the phone but the automated system simply. asked me for my pin... that I don't know... this website, for lack of a better word, sucks.

As a business owner, I was evaluating banking options. Chase was the most difficult to work with during the research phase and short stint as a business client. First, I tried to set-up an appointment but no one answered my calls/messages. Then, I went into the branch and finally set-up an appointment but had to come back. The general tone of emails/in person exchanges was indifference. I ended up setting up an account but it was set-up incorrectly that lead to hours on the phone with Chase 1-800's instead of help from the banker. It's unfortunate to have to write this review considering I used to work for JPMorgan and own a lot of stock. I ended up closing my account.

Updated review: Chase needs to hire better teams in DC. Atrocious service. They simply don't care. It's 2019, I shouldn't have to walk into the branch every time someone at Chase makes a mistake. Instead of tackling a task, they waste your time and play hot potato, passing an issue from person to person without solution... As a shareholder and a loyal CC customer, the NY Avenue branch sucks.

I had an appointment at 2:30 and the person I had the appointment with just left for lunch at 2:25. The lady who helped me (Stephanie) gave me the worst attitude. I am a long time loyal chase customer. This is their first branch in DC and they definitely need to find a friendlier staff. Very disappointed. Chase in all other states have always been extremely friendly and helpful.

Terrible service. Expect better service from Chase. When I entered, I spoke to 2 individuals all of whom spent 10 minutes giving me reasons why I shouldn't meet with a banker and call Chase instead. I did that already and they told me to go to a branch. There was nobody else there so they weren't busy. Felt very uncomfortable and didn't like their lack of professionalism.

Chase should close all of their metro DC branches! Unprofessional service. As a Private Client, I have no intention of showing my debit card and ID to have $100s, just received from the inside ATM, changed into $50s. Since when do I need to prove I exist to receive denominations the ATM doesn't have to a 12 yr-old staff member who has been doing nothing my chatting with her colleague the entire time I have been in the lobby. I want a teller window at a bank, not a coffee shop.

No doubt the worst Chase branch i have ever been to. To all foreigners, you have to bring your greencard or passport. Driver license is not sufficient! And they kept asking if you are American citizen, making you feel very uncomfortable of not being an American. Can you imagine you took a uber all the way from Maryland to DC (because of their limited branches in DMV area) and was expelled because you didnt bring your passport ( i did have my driver license, but it doenst count because I am not American). Also the concierge person was not professional at all. I kept telling her my initial was "Y", and she spelled it as "J", so only registration wasted me 3 minutes because of her misspelling. Go to the Arlington branch, they are way much better, plus, no need to bring your greencard or passport.
