I would never recommend this location. Each time I had to deal with a different banker because the original banker I've worked with had left. The last time my business partner and I went in to add her to my business bank account and apply for a business credit card using her as the personal guarantor, they allowed her to get the business credit card but come to find out, they never added her to the account. And now she's not able to use the business bank account to pay off the credit card. We now have to find time to take off to do the process all over again.This location is TRASH! I will be taking my business elsewhere. Service is horrible and the bankers don't stick around long enough for you to call and ask follow up questions.

Love, love, love this chase. Wish I lived closer, called in advance and they were super helpful. I was in and out in seconds and staff was so sweet and very well informed.

Tried to open up a business checking account. They only had one business checking account processor and she was too busy (and full of attitude) to even come out and speak with us. We felt like Chase didn’t want our business so we took our money elsewhere.

The most lazy most ignorant employees I've ever seen ?. Spanish girl & light skinned black chick, sitting talking trash instead of working. Got the nerve to talk when both of y'all at work looking busted. Would never be worth my time communicating with.
