We needed to get an insurance check endorsed from the mortgage company for a water loss claim and Chase bank says checks under $40,000 can be endorsed in the branch. Our check was about $32,000 and the general manager told me they could not endorse it in person because the check was too large and kept pointing me to their loss draft documents. Directly from their document and they gave me in person and that is posted online:
"$40,000 OR LESS
If your total insurance claim check amount exceeds $40,000, please see the
other section of the claim packet or visit InsuranceClaimCheck.com/chase. [...] Bring the insurance claim check into a Chase branch or mail it to us at the address
provided on the Table of Contents page. We’ll endorse it and return it to you.
• Please don’t sign your insurance claim check before mailing it to us. After you get the insurance claim check back with our endorsement, all the parties listed on the check will
need to sign it (including your second mortgage lender, if any) before you can access the
funds."
We fit all of the specifications and after an hour in the branch the manager still told us our check was too big and if it was around $2,000 they could endorse but not this. $32,000 is well under $40,000 which is THEIR procedure and they would not endorse the check or give a reason to why they would not do it and just kept repeating it was too large of a check. I do not understand why they say you can do it under $40,000 if they is not their actual policy.

Outside the country USA it is going to be a big issue for a customer with any accounts you can make any transaction or anything because they have some issue with the IP the only transaction or make any change in the account only in the US but they got a really really problem with the customer service they can't solve any problem if you have any and it's very frustrated I'm really don't recommend this Bank cuz right now I got a really issue and I was in the phone 1 hour and they didn't slove my issue and it's really don't my issue cuz they have a problem with the app so be worried from this bank if I was behavior to do to not put some star so it's going to be zero star, I told the team leader that's I want you close the account she say go ahead, just like that, so this is the customer service also it English, think twice if you ??want to open accounts in this Bank?

I have stopped in this location a few times since it opened. Today, I was in need of notary services and gave them a call. They offer notary services for Chase customers and I could walk right in! I stopped by and was promptly greeted (as always). The true 5 star customer service experience came when I was introduced to Jalyn, their Associate Banker and Notary. She was friendly and informative! She made the process smooth and efficient! In a time where everyone is on edge and distant even when it comes to customer service, she was welcoming and helpful! Thanks again Jalyn!

My account got locked, I had to bring 2 forms Id to unblock it, Visited this branch, Robin greeted me at the door, called chase and took care of it real fast, Thanks Robin :)

I've visited the N.E. branch several times and the service has always been great. The bank staff are friendly and helpful.
