No ATM to access after hours though the pictures show one. 15 min walk there just for it to be boarded up 👎🏾

I can’t say enough good things about the Chase branch team here—especially Amalitsa Safioleas (Vice President, Branch Manager) and Esse Breon (Assistant Vice President). From the moment I walked in, they made me feel genuinely welcome and supported, which was a relief since I’m not particularly finance-savvy.
Amalitsa and Esse have an incredible combination of deep product knowledge and exceptional client service. They took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand, without ever making me feel overwhelmed or out of place. They were patient, kind, and sincerely invested in helping me feel confident about my financial decisions.
What stood out most was how they helped me reevaluate an application I had submitted. I wasn’t sure I had filled it out correctly or whether it was the right product for me. Amalitsa and Esse sat down with me, went over the details thoroughly, and quickly identified a better path forward. Thanks to their insight and dedication, the issue was resolved smoothly—and I walked away feeling empowered, informed, and grateful.

Yeateeday, and today, Chase provided outstanding customer service out of this location. I am from out of town, and the notary service provided, to complete some burocratic government errand/requirements; was successfully completed... thank you, Chase, moreover, the employee Sabastian Puznewski, who helped me yesterday, and today... and the branch manager Amalitsa Safioleas.

All of the Chase Bank employees were very kind! Esse Breon was also considerate and provided friendly service, especially accommodating me as an international student. I am extremely satisfied with this place!

My experience with this bank has not been good. The day that I opened my account I came with all of my required documents. Tax ID Paperwork, Trade name paperwork and other business documents. It took them 3 hours to open my DBA business account. I ended up having to provide additional documents like my lease for the business, paystubs from my full-time job, and a utility bill. I thought it was very excessive as they had already confirmed my business status on businessexpress.gov. What really broke the camel's back for me is when I went in today and sat with someone for 1 hour and did NOT get my issue resolved. The SBA requested I see if the bank could update my account to remove my middle name. This would prevent an electronic deposit from the SBA loan from rejecting because of a "name mismatch". They said it would be easier to have my bank update because the SBA could just disburse funds to my account. If SBA had to update from their side, my application would have to be sent to queue in another department for approval of any changes. This could take up to 6 weeks. I wasn't sure if the bank would do it but thought It wouldn't hurt to ask. The inquiry turned into what seemed to be a full investigation of my account. The representative went through all my transactions. He went back and forth to talk with the manager and came back asking for my business license, my trade name, paperwork, just a whole list of stuff (which I did email him what I could retrieve from my cellphone). I told him I had to leave because my lunch break was over and I needed to relieve a co-worker and he said, "Yes, you should come back". I did let them know of my frustration and how my transactions with them have all be over an hour. The manager came out and explained how my account is now at risk of being closed by the back office. I just couldn't stay and ended up leaving it at that. This bank had no empathy for what I was going through they never showed any sign of care or concern. This whole experience made me feel very embarrassed and small. I went to another bank and opened a business account in 20 minutes. I will have to update my file with the SBA and wait probably 6 weeks or more for funding but that's ok.

Friendly staff but not helpfulWent to get some change but the only teller ask for a minute and almost ten minutes passed and still busy...I did not have that time to wait while is more that three employees there sitting and chatting and not really doing anything

Worst experience ever. I tried to close a checking account and they were not able to give me a cashier check with my balance after one hour waiting. They offered to make a wire transfer and wave the fee. However I must come again in a couple of days to have the 35 dollars from the wire transfer fee back. While I appreciate the help of the manager and others, I just hate these institutions. So bad regulated! If you ever wanna close an account or you need your funds, make sure to try to get them in advance.
