Very friendly people at this bank. It was the coziest banking experience I've ever had and initially I had to wait for another customer before realizing the atm would work just fine for choosing bills, so I did. The lot is helpful to park. Would return.

Every time I needed to make a change to my address upon moving to DC they have helped me every step of the way. Cheers!

We need brick and mortar banks and they should take it seriously.

Im not a fan of this bank. Every time I go in to do banking or just at the atm they are all staring and it makes me uncomfortable. I get customer service but it’s really strange. I asked why my name had my maiden name when I changed it to my married name and a snarky large Hispanic woman was like you need to bring in your marriage certificate and I was like but.. and she was like did you bring it in? Because if you didn’t. She didn’t let me get a word in. But the thing is I did. I got my debit card changed to my married name. They just didn’t update it in the system. She was rude. The main Asian/Hispanic guy kept talking to me like I didn’t know English.. when I do, it’s my first language. The way he talked seemed super condescending about a withdrawal slip. Like dude I know how to fill one out… the teller was a young guy who was really sweet and nice. I liked him. But the other two not so much. I hate going to this bank. I feel judged and I feel like I can’t even use the atm without feeling like they are looking because every time I turn around someone is there. ?
