My job wrote a bad check but chase helped me fixed it😫😫 thank you thank you thank you ♥️ I was scared to go with another bank at first and this situation definitely made me even more scared but once chase fixed the issue at hand I can say the 5 stars is well deserved 💕

I just deposited almost up to $500 worth of money into the ATM located outside and I was given a notification that said “We’re having some trouble.” and to contact a certain number. I then went inside to ask about the notification and was told by a staff member that they have “no idea what that is and to I guess just call the number”. This has been the worse experience with a chase ATM I have ever had and I have been banking with Chase for years.
