OFfices above, retail stores on the street level. Pay parking below. Right next to a METRO or Washington Subway station Friendship Heights. Pay street parking, but 2 hour residential street parking in the neighborhood just behind.

The Metro is in a nice part of town and is very convenient to uptown residents.

I used to work in this area. I gave it 2 stars because it's nothing like it used to be. A lot has changed, and a lot of stores have closed up. Not much to see up here these days. But, check it out anyways. It's worth taking a look, I think. You could definitely find a place to eat up here like Maggiano's, Cheesecake Factory, Booeymonger, Chipotle, Potbelly's, Clyde's, or Potomac Pizza.
