My Poodle is typically very nervous and sensitive when getting groomed but her hair was getting so out of control that I needed to take her to a groomer. Chi Chis Grooming Spa. Salon staff were so kind, gentle, and careful with Naomi, being mindful of her sensitivities. She got such an excellent and thorough haircut, especially in places that I've never been able to get, and I'm so happy to have found excellent groomers for my dog's future needs. Their location and directions are super convenient and clear! Really, really appreciated our first visit and would absolutely recommend them again.

My dog has never been more beautifully groomed, anywhere!I was astonished to read the reviews that suggest your pet is not loved and groomed properly here.I don’t believe you. These folks love what they do; and love each pet that comes through their door.Yes, it is expensive; but that suggest this isn’t the price point for you.So yes, feel free to go to Petco.Shopping at Neiman Marcus is different from Walmart. There is nothing wrong with Walmart; but it is a different experience. The marketplace is full of options for those to choose what they are willing to pay for.To complain of the price, but then say they did a good job, seems unfair to this business. To take your dog in matted, and feel you can complain about the price of grooming them is unacceptable. It’s your job to care of your pet!Would you not brush your hair for weeks at a time? Or your child’s?Be a good pet owner or pay for the time it takes to genuinely care for your pet; when you opted to not brush them. You can’t have it both ways. The thing is furry moms and dads, Petco can’t do what master groomers do.It’s a craft and a love….not a job. Please be fair to Chi-Chi’s groomers. We would never take our dog anywhere else!Saki loves it here!

My dog has never been more beautifully groomed, anywhere! I was astonished to read the reviews that suggest your pet is not loved and groomed properly here. I don't believe you. These folks love what they do; and love each pet that comes through their door. Yes, it is expensive. But that suggest this isn't the price point for your grooming needs. So feel free to shop around or go to Petco. It's like shopping at Neiman Marcus vs. Walmart. There is nothing wrong with Walmart; but it is a different experience from Neimans. The marketplace is full of options for those to choose what they are willing to pay for. To complain of the price, but then say they did a good job seems unfair to this business. To take your dog in matted, and feel the price shouldn't reflect your negligence to brush your dog is unacceptable. It's your job to care for your pet! The thing is furry moms and dads, Petco can't do what master groomers do. It's a craft and a love....not a job. Shop for a price that feels comfortable for you. We would never take our girl anywhere else!

Less than 1 start would be my rating. After 3 weeks I need to get my dog groomed again somewhere else. After charging me an exhorbitant price and insisting he would only need to come a few times a year to justify the price - his face was barely trimmed so now he cannot see already. No grooming or shaving was done on his private areas AT ALL. Nails were not cut. Lots of talk and no substance.

Please read the bad YELP reviews also. I did not and boy was that the wrong move. Every single bad review that mentioned how Chichie did a bait and switch by quoting people one price at first and then charging them something different when they picked up their puppy was CORRECT. They quote you one price, and you pick your doggie up and suddenly the price has drastically gone up. The worst part of this was when we questioned why they told us that he was a "biter" and they had to TIE HIS SNOUT DOWN to groom him and that is why they increased the price. Our doggie is 3.5 years old and under 10lbs. He is a shitzu-Yorkie mix and is regularly at the groomer every 6 weeks. I've never had a groomer tell me that before. Did they tie HIS SNOUT DOWN? I can't imagine anyone would want that for their dog. Tell all your friends, do not support these people.

This was our first time at Chichie’s and they did an amazing job. Very friendly staff and a great grooming. Circe is usually anxious around strangers but she seemed very relaxed after her appointment! Definitely going back and totally recommended!

Chichie and her staff (including her daughter) are all amazing and wonderful. This is their passion and it shows-- they are serious about what they do. I puppy/dog sit for my sister who lives in NYC and whenever my puppy niece is in town she goes for a spa day visit. It's worth what you pay. We also get great advice on poodle care.

Chichie's takes amazing care of our puppy. The folks here are very nice, and seem genuinely happy to see every dog that walks through the door. We went in a couple of times right after we brought our pup home, just to get him used to the people and place. He always left spoiled with hugs and compliments. Now that he is fully vaccinated, he's actually staying for grooming sessions, and still looks happy as ever when we come to pick him up.I've dealt mainly with the owner's daughter, who has been been nothing but kind and welcoming. She's taken the time to answer many questions, provide advice when asked, and clear day to day care instructions when necessary. There's a reason they've been around as long as they have.

This is our second visit to Chichie’s, and Let me tell you I would not go anywhere else!My Larson is a year and a half miniature poodle, that had multiple bad experiences at groomers nearby (I won’t mention any names) I finally made the decision to book an appointment and take him to a poodle grooming specialist. They are experts, honest, deliver results and most importantly they LOVE Poodles ! My baby comes home happy after spa day.It does take all day and a chunk of change for great grooming results, you get what pay for in this experience.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I have groomed my toy poodle for over a year. I decided to take him here, however, I am astonished by the unprofessional nature of this business. for one, they brought him in three hours earlier and had him just hang out. When I picked him up, they asked me if I have a comb which is extremely offensive as I have been grooming him perfectly for over a year. they did not shave his feet. they did not cut his toenails. his ears were full of hair. His face was not shaved with a 30 blade as promised. neither were his feet. I had to come home and spend one hour grooming my dog after I spent $200” grooming” him at chi chi’s. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a groomer in three years. I am happy to be grooming my dog by myself as what this place offered was ridiculous. I should never pay $200 and come home and spend one hour shaving my dogs face, feet, base of his tail because the actual groomer did nothing of this such. Further, they promised to pluck his ears and cut his nails none of which they did. They were extremely condescending. Particularly, when they asked me if I own a comb. I own a pin brush, slicker brush and a comb. In fact, I groom other poodlesIn the neighbourhood even though I learn all of this by myself. I made a mistake after one year of taking my dog to the salon and I advise everybody to think twice. I’ve never been so offended and spoken to in such a condescending manner. this place should be shut down. Frankly, I can groom everybody’s poodle better than this mother and daughter can. they are two people with a very arrogant and condescending demeanour. very offensive and condescending people without the skills that they attest that they have. Why would I have to spend one hour grooming my dog after I pick them up from a $200 grooming session? If you can explain this to me, I will be very pleased. STAY AWAY unless you have money to waste

This place is a total scam, there is no flat rate. The first time I went it was around $150(which is way too overpriced). But I went a few more times because just out of convenience as it was close to home. However after a few more times, the price climbed to $300. As they said her coat was matted. Thats there job! It should not cost more based on the condition of a dogs coat. At the very least they can be charged by the overtime of hours they worked. Never going back and I don't recommend ever going there. Not to mention, you drop of your dog at 9am and pick them up at 6pm. What kind of groomers is this? STAY AWAY
