I have an excellent credit score & income, I am a former City Bank client and credit card client and got declined for an Amercian Airlines credit card because I have "too much unused credit compared to my credit lines...". Clearly City doesn't want to do business with clients like me, so my money will 100% go somewhere else. I would advise you to stay away as well.

Citi Bank is a terrible bank. I have a credit card account with this bank. Citi Bank was suppose to send me a refund check. They credited my account instead of sending me my refund check. Do not use this bank they thieves.

(Translated by Google) I give them one star because I have an account with them and a few months ago I was getting money from an application and just yesterday they took out 280 pesos and told me that they cannot help because they are purchases that were made with my card, something that I never did. so i lost 280 pains ?(Original)Les doy una estrella por yo tengo cuenta con ellos y ase meses me estaba sacando dinero de una aplicación y ayer mismo mes sacaron 280 dolores y me dijeron que no pueden alludar porq son compras que isieron con mi tarjeta cosa que yo en ningún momento lo Ise así que perdí 280 dolores ?

I've been in Citibank customer for at least 14 years maybe even more I'm very big on customer service and I've been treated like garbage other Citibank branches but the one on 14th St. they've been awesome. And I actually have a little bit of a crush on one of the bank tellers she's always very polite patient understanding outstanding always very respectful etc. I recommend this location.

I came to open a new bank account at 3241 14th St NW Washington DC 20010 location at 10:30 am on 9/4/2021. I asked to book a appointment or get in the waiting list. Edwin Bonilla NMLS ID 1183898 (Personal banker) told there was not list to just sit in one of the cubicles and someone would be there shortly. After an hour passed another employee told me that Edwin would be going on his lunch break and he and all the other Personal bankers wouldn't be able to see us until maybe after 1pm. Because they have appointments, I am livid that he said there was no list or appointments. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered by Citi bank. I want to put in a formal complaint against Edwin Bonilla. And want a regional manager to contact me. My name is Luis Reyes I am a loyal customer since 2008. I have never experienced such poor customer relations by any employee from Citi bank and want to make sure no other customer get mistreated by Edwin Bonilla.

I trusted Citibank and this is what I get. My checking account was hacked and Citibank is holding my funds for 60 days until the investigation is completed. It's not my fault your security system failed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm writing this review as I sit here waiting to speak with a representative after we've been in here 5 times in the past few weeks. Every single time we've come in, we have worked with a representative who either couldn't answer our questions or worse, gave us incorrect information. We needed to set up a business account near our office at a bank which is open on Saturdays (for 4 hours only, of course) which is the only reason we chose this location. If you don't have to come here, I would recommend staying far away. Especially if you need a business account. Or if you like your representatives to be incompetent, untrained, and extremely slow, this is your place. At one point I was having to walk the representative through her job and the application on her computer. Train your people!!

This branch is the worse; the customer service is horrible. I had to sit for 30 min before seeing anyone to help me open my account. The Spanish woman in the first cubicle took FOREVER; she talks way too much for no reason.

When I entered the office, Saturday morning, the line was very long. I thought I was going to be there waiting forever. Not at all. In 6-8 minutes the 8 people line was gone. They offered me an excellent, fast service. Great staff.
