Usually the bank tellers are super. Today a new guy and what a rude person. He can go.

When I withdrew a substantial sum from this branch 2 years ago, I still had over $5000 in the account. I asked if there will be any fee with my balance and was told "no", since I still had a good sum of money left. 2 years later, I noticed I was charged a $25 "monthly service fee" every month. That's over $600! What service were they providing me in an account I don't use much, I don't know. Keeping and profiting from my money? When I called Citibank, they said "read the terms of service" and "you should check your balance, you are responsible." The thieving organization tells me that I should've spotted their theft! They have power to take money but not return money. Anyway, they lost my business.

The customer service at this branch needs some work. I occasionally will come in to this branch to exchange some loose change for a dollar. I never have more than a dollar change or more than 10 pennies, so I don't think I'm being unreasonable. There is also rarely a line in this branch so it's not like the tellers are busy doing anything else. When I ask them to exchange some money they look at me like I'm inconveniencing them. Now they supposedly have a policy where you need your atm card just to get a dollar for some change. Wells Fargo, across the street on the other hand, are very cheery and welcoming when I go there.
