The bank is deceitful and not trust worthy. They will charge you fee after fee without notice until your account balance is zero. Trust me, do not put your money here. It will slowly be taken from you. There are many banks to choose from and Citi should be last on everyone’s list.

Nice people, but I have made four trips to resolve my business account after buying a business. Even after all the conversations and changes, the former owner still gets the account information. Also the automated phone system is a nightmare. They often don't answer so the call goes to the greater Citibank system that puts you on hold often for very long periods of time. I just passed thirty minutes waiting with no end in sight. I am determined to get through but am getting more angry with each minute. I am going to move my accounts out of Citibank. The service is inexcusable. The stars are for the nice people at the branch I cannot reach.

Mr. Kai T. may I suggest if you are going to hassle clients about wearing masks you first ensure that all of your staff abide by the same rules. You can't hassle clients and turn a blind eye on your employees for not properly wearing their masks, unless of course you think that your "sh*t" don't stink. Mr. Kai T. you are what they call a puppet on the string who is a hypocrite.

Every 3 months they want you to reverify all of your information. They close your accounts without notice. Stay away the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

Don't bank with citibank. If you have an account with them I would urge you to immediately get your funds out of the bank And move them somewhere else!!!! Someone used my card for fraud transactions. Now 3 weeks after they refused to help....they have frozen my bank account and today makes a week that they have left me without access to my money. They will learn that they cannot leave people without money to eat with and to pay their bills! Not to mention people need money for medications. never in my life have I seen such heartless behavior by a financial institution. They froze my account without warning and now 10 days late later I have received a letter stating that they will mail me a check for my funds within 30 days from the date of the letter. The letter is dated five days ago. So basically anytime Citibank feels like it they could potentially block you from use of your funds for over 45 days. Can you imagine what would happen if you had to pay rent and all of your money was in your Citibank account?These people have absolutely no regard for anyone. This is the most horrific financial institution I have ever encountered. They should be put out of business. Google about all of the lawsuits that Citibank has had to pay out due to their crooked practices. They are trying to steal from people because they are almost broke. This is due to all of the millions of dollars that they have had to pay out for being dishonest.I will continue to post reviews in every City that they have branches to alert people until they release my funds. Not to mention they need to dispute the fraudulent transactions with visa. For all I know they disputed them and kept the money for themselves. Google "citibank lawsuit" & citibank got sued" to see how big of crooks they are for yourself. I have news for them....Their stock took a 20% nose dive in December.you would think that this would make them want to keep their customers and treat people right, but no! I will make sure everyone in the cities where they have branches knows what they do!!!I have read many reviews on different review sites that stated that Citibank did the same thing to them.No one trusts them anymore. Even the investors have sued them and want out. They are thieves! If you don't pull your funds out & bank elsewhere it will be too late once they steal from you.

Very poor service from this branch. Have made changes to my accounts without permission and then tried to blame me later. Don't appear to keep records of anything or inform customers when policies change (this branch make their own rules up) Were unwilling to provide an escalation point or regulatory complaints procedure. They clearly don't want any corporate scrutiny. Have given me contradictory information by phone which completely contradicts published policies. They have improved recently in calling me back but for a long time entirely ignored emails and phone calls. Don't appear to value customer loyalty and frequently answer complaints simply with 'you can go elsewhere'. Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely avoid. Citibank? Sh*ttybank more like.

I have been a customer at this branch for more than 15 years, the last few times I have been there I had the pleasure to have Alex the teller help me with my transaction he is always smiling funny and fast, I had few questions so he referred me to Carlos Guevara, very professional very friendly and he answered all of my questions and more, thank you Alex, thank you Carlos. I'm a happy client.

Worst branch ever. Horrible customer service, no privacy whatsoever. Teller and his boss were talking to each other about a transaction I was making in some foreign language maybe Russian with complete disregard and disrespect. Never coming back here.

I find the the staff extremely professional and very friendly. I have met people that rave about one staff member at the upper Georgetown staff and say they come to Citibank because they know their requests will be handled by her perfectly with a smile. Malofo is her name. She needs to move up in management at Citibank.

Yeah no. Most condescending branch manager ever. Came in to discuss an issue which arose because the teller made a deposit into the wrong account. Filing a complaint with the government. And done.
