I had a terrible experience all because of the bank manager Hugh Anderson. He refused to give me a certified check and told me I need to bring paper documentation to prove the legitimacy of my funds. I had proper verification and this was not an abnormal transaction. He was extremely rude and I will be filing a formal complaint with citibank. Avoid this branch.

Mr Hugh Anderson is the best Citibank employee . I have been Citibank customer for 15 years . I had an issue with my account being blocked by Citibank fraude department . Reason :25 k Citibank personal loan transfer into Coinbase for business deadline. Mr. Anderson worked hard to remove hold & block on my account. He goes way out of his way to help customers. Hardest ,sincere bank ? employee I have ever met . I have been working at hospitality industry for 20 years . I read people like my five fingers. Citibank should give him big raise. He saves customers. Citibank fraude department should be fired on spot and drug tested . They will destroy Citibank eventually . I wonder ? if Citibank does mental health test before hiring fraude department employees ? I suspect Citibank intentionally blocks wire transfers into Coinbase crypto exchange .stay far away from Citibank if you are buying crypto on Coinbase .citibank reverses your transfer and blocks your account and Coinbase will restrict your account for 20 days . You won’t be able to trade . You will spend 1 week on a phone ? arguing with Coinbase IT guys from India and crack head citibank fraude department ? I was lucky ? I found Mr ANDESON who helped me to remove a block in 2 days .

I’ve been a client here for a long time, and have aways been happy with the management of my account. Today I came to activate new services, and, as usual, everything worked fine. Sarafina was very nice and effective, as well as the branch manager, she was also very helpful and attentive throughout the whole process, and also Ms Davis was very attentive and supportive when necessary. Keep up the good work!

I can see the negative reviews written here.I give a five star rating for the exceptional service provided by the branch manager, Hugh Anderson. This gentleman is just exceptional. He greets every customer with a warm welcome, right at the entrance. Solved my issues on his own immediately. Fantastic!

Horrible experience. I would not recommend any of my colleague to do any business with Citi bank . Poor experience with customer service. Do not reply to mails and messages. Unilateral decision imposed on customer.Totally horrific.Negative rating.

Citibank completely fraud don’t even go to this branch I open the citi business account about six months ago and at the time they have a promotion if you deposit a certain amount and maintain 60 days after 60 days wait another 90 days they supposed to deposit the reward to my business account 60 days +120 days already when I went to branch all they said there’s nothing they can do you have to wait. I call the customer service they telling me all this blah. if you are a small business owner, or wanna open the new account with Citibank stay away from because when you have any problem, they’re not capable to fix it.

OMG! My 70 year old mom was accused of faking checks today that she got from a friend for dog sitting. They were so rude, then after they tried to call the friend (who was asleep out of the country!) they kicked out my mom. This is such discrimination against someone who happened to want cash

OMG! My 70 year old mom was accused of faking checks today that she got from a friend for dog sitting. They were so rude, then after they tried to call the friend (who was asleep out of the country!) they kicked out my mom. This is such discrimination against someone who happened to want cash

Horrible experience. The team of this DuPont Circle branch doesn’t even bother responding to email of their own clients. Even copied management, hoping they would react; but nothing. We ended up calling the Citi phone customer care, who -luckily- was pretty good. I would definitely NOT recommend this branch. ?
