Their website said that they had a specific bottle I wanted, but it was going to be a half hour drive so I called them first to check and make sure they had it before I traveled there. They assured me that they had three bottles. When I got there, they tried to give me a different bottle. Turned out they never had the bottle I wanted after all. They wasted over an hour of my time. Not even an apology. Very dishonorable.

Worst customer service. Manager Maunik was unprofessional and dismissive during my visit. I came in with a simple question and was met with a rude attitude and a complete lack of respect. Very poor treatment of customers. I won’t be visiting again.

They had a liquor that I had been asking mm friends to bring down from NYC and an excellent selection of Amaro bottles that I hadn't know about. I'm very happy to find this little store close to me.

All their stuff is double the price of other dc Liqour stores and that is 3-5x msrp. Use to get a good pricing but went to buy the same bottles a week later for the price to be 3x what I paid and when I showed them my receipt the guy said someone but have scanned the barcode and they are supposed to manually input the price based on market value. Great way to loose customers and hold your supply for a long time.

The staff is nice, sure. But they charge double for stuff just because they're the only bodega for blocks. I spent 12 bucks for Zyn when the going price is less than 6. Why? Because no one else sold it in walking distance.
You should get your wares elsewhere. No need to enable price gouging money grubbers.

Missing item. Store didn’t care. Called to ask where my missing item was the clerk said we refunded you’. I said, ok fine, but why didn’t you tell me the item was missing before I placed the order. The guy hung up on me, rude and very unprofessional

Wow, what a selection and super happy that they will have Elephant Strength in their portfolio. Go see the guys super helpful I highly recommend them.
