Chanel ? My second time getting my nails done and I can say for sure that you’re gifted / talented . Professionalism, punctuality, attentiveness , I love that you have a passion for what you do . When I sit in your chair I know I’m going to leave satisfied . Today was so happy because I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try the French white tip , it’s just giving pretty , soft , feminine Female and I love my nails ? Thank you for loving what you do . It’s because of you that I’m going to make sure that I keep coming back and support The entire Nail Spa. ?? I can’t wait to come back for my next set ??

Cindy’s nails is my favorite place to get my nails done in NW. I recently moved and still make the commute down to dupont just to get my nails done here. They’re clean, kind and always make my nails look amazing. I get a pedicure and a gel mani every time and the pedi lasts months sometimes (gross I know but life happens) and my mani has no trouble lasting at least 10 days (I’m also a terror and no manicure ever lasts this long. Past 5 days for me is a miracle so trust me when I say this mani is magic). Overall, if you’re in the neighborhood definitely stop by. I’ve never even had a bad nail tech here. They’re all pretty consistent and I highly recommend!

A true hidden gem! Cindy is incredibly sweet and very meticulous. You can tell she cares about her work. I will definitely be back to see her every time I need my nails done. She made me feel comfortable and cared for.

Quickly become a regular. The regular pedicures are about $25/$30, but last me for 3 weeks or more. Color selection could improve but overall a great place for quality service.

I was staying in Dupont Circle on a business trip and broke a nail. Quick google search found Cindy's nails. They were pleasant, not over priced, and took me a half an hour before closing but only a few colors for dipped nails and didn't do a great job shaping the nail (i.e. my nails immediately looked 1.5 weeks grown out). Also, to soak off my old dips they just sat my fingers in a bowl of acetone; I was desperate but I'm sure my skin will be peeling soon.

The techs are OK. Their work, not so much. Got a full set with gel but could not get any designs!!! Eyebrow wax seemed like nothing was done.
