If I could rate this bank a negative one, I would. They absolutely suck with regards to customer service. Their site and payment options are outdated and purposefully hard to use. They don't allow you to pay car note payments directly from other banks like most bills or loan services forcing you to use their checking account where you can only transfer internally. That, or use bill pay from your bank...where paper checks go to a mailbox that they can decided when they check and what date they decide to apply it to your account and report it to the credit card bureaus. Not sure who actually wins in a scenario with them. I am 8 months away from being free from them and I can't wait!

I'm not dissing a particular Branch the overall website and accessibility to this credit union is horrible I tried enrolling in bill pay it keeps saying failed I tried to send them a message it says error occurred this is the worst website company it's old-fashioned I don't know what's their problem I'm glad it's free because for what you get not working and GOD knows. I'm trying to log in right now and it's slow it's been loading for like 5 minutes when trying to apply I should have known better it wouldn't let me apply from my phone I had to use my computer...:(. How in the world can consumers get stuff done like this?
