The team at Jenn Smira & Co went above and beyond for us with the sale of our condominium in DC. From beginning to end they were professional, responsive and very helpful. When needs like finding a stager, coordinating with cleaners or getting a vendor to help with a project Erica and Jenn were both fantastic. We would work with their team again if we were purchasing or selling in DC.

Jenn is what we call the 'trainer for your house'. She is warm, kind, and knows the landscape. She starts small, giving you hope and encouragement for getting your belongings out and making the house look presentable. Then tough love as the time gets closer.
She had tested the market and we were very happy with the offers we got on Day 1. From meeting to sale, it all happened in 2 months. Amazing.

We bought a house through Lauren Rondreau, one of the agents on this team, this past month. After meeting Lauren by chance at a showing six months ago, Lauren patiently helped us find our home and managed to check all of our very large number of requirements (assumable loan @ 2.25%, parking space, en suite bathroom, roof deck, rentable basement). Lauren was fun and easy to work with and fought hard to make sure we got the best deal possible. I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough, especially if you are a first time homebuyer and have no idea what you are doing like us.

Marc Ross, Jenn and Ashley Cobb all did a fantastic job showcasing and selling our home. It is a very unique space that could have made it difficult to find a buyer but their multi-media approach and personal touch worked perfectly and the sale happened smoothly and speedily. He had excellent communication via text, phone and email. He made suggestions to remodel and stage my condo, which turned out beautifully and was cost effective. In a competitive market, he was able to get my condo updated, on the market, and sold within days. I highly recommend Kaushik.
