A real shame!!! It is a reflection of how our country is, the space to comment is very small, nothing good to mention, God save Bolivia!!! no one answers!! In Los Angeles worse!!

I would rate it a zero. Everyone is rude and unprofessional. They need new people. The process is super complicated for no reason. Instead of having people wait for hours for an answer they should have a person answer everyone’s questions as they enter the place.

This service was complicated and terrible. Employees here should be let go and replaced.
