Went with a friend for first time, it was good. Caroline is a great instructor. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a solid workout - especially guys who lift a lot and need a change up / mobility workout

I'm visiting from Denver and I tried two classes. I liked them even better than the ones at home! The studio was so clean and well maintained. VERY positive energy all-around. Can't wait to return!

Arrived a few minutes before class and the door was locked and no one was around. I’ve never had this happen to me with CorePower I’m a long time yogi with them too. Literally ruined by day. Honestly I’ve had so many bad experiences with core power I would not recommend them

I have lost count of how many times people have been locked out of the studio because a staff member has not showed up for the scheduled class. Awful. Watch out for empty promises and false charges. This location and Georgetown have charged me for classes where the instructor did not show!

Two stars for the studio management. No one tells you the door will be locked upon arrival so you get to stand out in the cold waiting for someone eventually to let you in, which in my case, was a very unfriendly person who barely could check me in. To make things worse, that same unfriendly person was the yoga instructor, who gave the worst yoga class I've ever attended. Barely spoke loud enough to hear, and just paced around the room -- completely un-engaged. Would not return.Revised: In response to the above review, the studio posted the below response, highlighting their incompetence since my review says nothing about me being late or not being able to attend class.Hi Katie, Thanks for your feedback on our late policy. This is to preserve that wonderful first few minutes of turning inward and warming up for all of our students. We hold strongly to our late policy for all classes; if one of the studio management team is at the studio within 5 minutes of class starting, they will do their best to get you into class. Moving forward, we suggest arriving 10-15 minutes prior to scheduled class time, as it is our policy to have instructors lock the doors right at scheduled start time. Thanks again for reaching out, let us know if we can support you in any other way

All the teachers are so friendly and welcoming - they always emphasize that we can modify workouts/take breaks as needed. It’s a really positive environment, and a great workout too! Plus, I always enjoy the music - especially when they have themed days (Lizzo, musicals, T Swift, etc). Those are fun and motivate me to work out on days I normally wouldn’t have!

Tyler is a great instructor. She should teach more classes. Unfortunately many get canceled. Lindsey and Tyler are also good but less intense. The studio is generally clean and the classes are comfortable in terms of spacing. Weekend classes are very packed but not as bad as the georgetown location, which is entirely unacceptable. The locker area is not particularly clean there and the overcrowding of classes is poorly managed (signing up for class won’t guarantee you a spot, nor will you want it once you walk in and see how jam packed it is). Dupont and city center are definitely better locations

I travel to DC regularly for business, and usually visit the CityCenter studio when I am in town. I decided to try Dupont Circle last Saturday because there was a great class time that really fit with my schedule (there seem to be a lot less C2 classes compared with YS). I really enjoyed my experience! The studio was easy to find and was conveniently located. I was warmly welcomed, and everything was clean and in great condition. I took C2 with Kia at 9:30. I was blown away to learn that this was her first class as a teacher! Kia was confident, poised, and easy to follow, and she definitely came across as caring and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed her flow; it was challenging, creative, and really allowed us to use and explore our space. As always, the class as a whole had a great positive energy; I have been using CP on Demand for the past year, and it has been great getting back into the studio with other people! I will definitely return to the Dupont Circle studio when I am back in DC!
