DON’T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. The customer service is so terrible and rude! The salesperson followed me around the store, profiled me, and made me feel so uncomfortable. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve EVER had shopping. This store will never see a dime from me or my family/friends. If you are Black/Brown, don’t bother coming here.

As a frequent shopper at this specific COS location, and a fan (no longer a fan) of the brand, I will never spend a single dollar at this store or even COS again after the experience I had in store. I came in to take advantage of the summer sale. As I was browsing and picking the items I liked to try on and potentially purchase, after 30 minutes of me shopping and picking things I wanted to go try on, I wasn't even done shopping when two associates came to me and told me I can only have 7 things on hand. I asked them what did they mean by this and they basically told me that in order to shop in the store, I need to pick 7 items at a time. Basically, one would have to go upstairs and try on outfits after every 7 item picked, then come back and shop again and repeat lol. Where do they do this? They claim it is for customer experience but it is not. The irony because I am/was a customer and that was a shitty experience. They also refused to provide their names because they knew what they were doing wasn't right. They did not do this to anyone else in the store besides me and when I asked for the written policy on this the manager Anthony said it was his own policy that he created. Did not know COS had decentralized policies lol. So ridiculous. I left and took my money with me. Will never return. These stores/companies always forget that our money keeps them going and they won't be getting mine and I suggest you reading this put your money elsewhere.

Always love going into this COS! Such an awesome brand with a great selection and the staff are always so helpful when I’m trying things on. They were also so sweet to our dog while I tried stuff on. He got a new nickname, “Sir Demure”!

READ BEFORE BUYING: Do not buy anything from here, they make them look nice and luxurious but after a single wash these clothes get linted up and shrink. I bought 3 shirts, $100 each! I would only spend that money on shirts if I was gonna keep them for 5+ years, I haven’t even had them for a month and I already have to throw them away. This place is an absolute scam. I would not buy a single piece of fabric from this place. Go to Uniqlo instead, not a single shirt from there has shrunk and I’ve had those shirts for 3+ years and they still look brand new. I can’t believe these people have the audacity to charge us $100 for Burlington Coat Factory quality shirts. Not to mention the cashier gave us an attitude and had us waiting for 30 minutes just because we asked for the right size of shirt that they didn’t have out on display. I’m sorry maybe I should just buy a shirt that doesn’t fit me so I don’t annoy you Mr. cashier. Oh wait, I already did buy a shirt that doesn’t fit me, as it shrunk from the first wash.

Can’t believe the rating like this. I had an amazing shopping experience here I would definitely recommend for yall! everyone is nice and welcoming. Tim is everything I’ve been there twice he always gives me professional opinions about dressing and clothes. 10/10 for this location!!

The cashier-Sarah (which I’m sure isn’t her actual name) at this store hates herself and life generally. I removed my jacket to try on a cardigan and she had an episode about people trying on things.
Every time I go in this store shes a cloud on the day. She’s never been pleasant, and at this point I have no intention of spending money at this store ever again

Horrible experience and recommend going with a competitor instead. Sent wrong item, gave me a hard time with customer service, wouldn't honor discounts at a nearby store due to online/in-store differing policies, have to pay for the return itself, and didn't have the article of clothing I needed for the event that night. Unreliable, rude and not helpful. If you're looking to spend on nice clothing, I'd recommend other places instead.

I just wanted to give them 5 stars because of the young, beautiful girl who assisted me today 6/21/2024! Her name is Maya. Not only did she greet everyone with a big smile, but she also made my whole day with the best service I’ve ever received from this store. And I use the store a lot!

I love the COS men’s line of clothes! Fortunately for me I get to go to Europe a couple of x a year where the COS prices are significantly less than in the US. Yesterday in Paris I paid €89 (approx $97 incl tax) for the Colour-Block Half-Zip Polo shirt what goes for $135 (before tax) in the US.

This store do not honor the internet price. Cashier tried to offer me 10% off which was 2x more expensive than an official COS website price. It's a same product with same size. It matched to online price automatically when I purchased it last time. I guess they don't do it anymore or cashier did not want to do it for me.

My friend and I went in COS to look around. We asked about sizes in shoes and tried some things on. We interacted with three different salespeople. They were all so very nice and helpful, something that is not always very common these days. We really appreciated it, and though we didn't buy anything this time, we left with a really good feeling!
