My friend and I went in COS to look around. We asked about sizes in shoes and tried some things on. We interacted with three different salespeople. They were all so very nice and helpful, something that is not always very common these days. We really appreciated it, and though we didn't buy anything this time, we left with a really good feeling!

I love COS, but the customer service at this location is terrible! The lady at the cashier was acting as if I was bothering her when I was trying to buy a few items.Great location, great design but very poor customer service.

Needed to return an online order the other day. The only guy who had the access to process my return really took his time chatting with the other two ladies who were in line AFTER me. I had to wait for him for 5+ minutes to end the conversation, while his coworker, a lady, who was standing just right next to him, tried to take over that conversation in order to get him back on processing the return, and he just ignored the both of us. Nothing wrong with him wanting to help these ladies. But the customer that comes first should be helped first. The return process alone was very quick. But I had to waste my time waiting for him to finish chatting which took longer than the return itself. He could've asked the ladies to wait or let his coworker help them when she offered. He did nothing. It was inefficient, rude and unprofessional. COS really needs to provide more training to its employees to improve customer service.

The staff at the fitting room was quite friendly, but the staff at the cashier counter wasn’t.

Had a REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE with the lady who’s in the changing room today in the morning shift. She looks at me strangely and when I asked for another size (I ask for medium and she ask which size number and looking at me like I’m a d*** person - while as a sales person she suppose to know medium size is usually 6++). She seems hesitant to get me a size so I just keep quiet. Then after finish changing my clothes, I kindly put back the clothes above the changing rack besides her (because she is talking to the other customer so I cannot give it right away to her). And she after that tells me with such a rude intonation, something like: FYI WE PUT THIS WITH THE HANGER IN THE RACK, NOT LIKE THAT” then she left. As if she’s the boss and she’s talking to someone who’s below her.

The front desk employee was very rude. I am checking out an item, and she said no hi, was looking away, and almost looked annoyed. I felt unwelcome.

Cos is such a fun store!! It’s European so the fashion is different from what you find elsewhere.This store location is well organized and some of the employees were super helpful and friendly, others seemed a little less interested to be there.

Terrible experience at this store! The sales staff are incredibly rude. I wanted to purchase two items, when I approached the cash the sales associate threw down a hanger and signed. I said “hello”, got no response. She wouldn’t look at me! I ended up walking away without purchasing anything! It was disgusting!!

I arrived 30 mins after the store opens and I was kicked out of the store with no explanation. The staff was rude with absolutely no customer service. I am absolutely confused

I came here today to return an online order, unworn, with the price tag on and everything. I asked to return the item, and the person at the front desk gave me an extremely rude stare…. Like I had asked for something horrific. Second, I thought they had asked “was there anything wrong with the item” and I said “no” and then they yelled at me saying “I ASKED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE ITEM”. Um alright, so I responded. And I took my receipt and left without engaging in this situation and they yelled “YOU’RE WELCOME” on my way out.I’m not sure what this person’s problem was, maybe they have an issue with POC… that’s the only explanation I have for this experience. They made me feel extremely uncomfortable and continued to be rude when I tried to disengage from the situation. Please give your staff some training in customer service. I would recommend you all try out some other store location.

Poor process management and customer service. Tried to return an item but they didn't have any merchandise credit cards available. Needed to practically interrogate sales associate about when they would have them available. Associate made me feel like it was my problem not the stores. Associate told me instead to look around the store and see if there was anything I like forcing me to shop now when it was inconvenient for me, rather than later.

Be careful buying stuff here.. no warranty or money back. I’m a bit surprised as a nice and expensive shop like COS treats customers this way.., just used this bag a few times. Purchased on 3/28/21
