I’ve been wearing glasses for over 40 years, and I think Dr. V gave me the best eye exam I’ve ever had. He’s a lot of fun, too! He explained why he performed the exam the way that he did, and he also explained what he saw in the photos of my eyeballs. I can recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Vergeestden was incredible. By far the best appointment I've ever had at any eye doctor, and I've been to a LOT over quite a few years. So friendly, and gave so much insight into things I have never had other eye docs explain to me, so at this point I hadn't even realized I was wearing very outdated prescriptions contacts - no one had ever even though to mention that to me before! Explained everything as he went without you having to ask too. Overall really amazed that I'm writing a glowing review for an eye doc appt, but having such a great experience truly made my day and weirdly 3 days later I'm still thinking about how grateful I am and how much better we'd all be off if all providers were as great as this place. Front desk was great too!

This place is horrible since the new optometrist. Do not patronize. They're hustlers, and eagerly tried to double bill me.

The glasses and prescription tend to come out a good fair price honestly. It’s better if you have insurance and use your insurance to cover your eye exam then come here for the frames but if needed they have an eye doctor that can do it for you as well. Really nice people I would recommend. Edited 2.5 not only did they give me the wrong type of lenses, but I gave them one pair and put a different pair that I never chose.

The woman working today had a great attitude and was graceful while working alone with customers who could be described as less than patient.She helped me quickly get my order of contact lenses placed, while answering my neophyte questions about my glasses script. Sadly, I never caught her name; however, she had a smile that is unforgettable!

Excellent customer service by Lisa. Despite being so busy she took the time to expertly adjust my glasses while having a smile on her face the whole time. I appreciate her so much!

I had a great experience here. Dr. Jones gave me an eye exam and fitted me for contacts. She was so warm and friendly. It was very easy in and out. I also ordered glasses - also very quick and convenient. The woman who helped me was wonderful. Definitely recommend!!

I was scheduled a next day appointment, which I arrived for early, only to have a walk in go ahead of me. When I was finally called by Dr. Jones she proceeded to tell me that because I haven't worn glasses in 2+ years that she didn't feel comfortable examining me for contacts (because it was her preference) which I have been wearing since I was 17. It is very unprofessional to try to force your beliefs on to a customer who is paying for their beliefs. Glasses are not for everyone and neither are contacts, but if you schedule me an appointment for contacts I am expecting to get contacts service. It's ok to let the patient know about information but to deny someone service because of what you believe is very unprofessional. I will be keeping my Costco membership however I will never step foot in the Opthalmologist department.

I returned contacts that were never used and requested them not be sent to my home. When I returned the items in their original shipping package Ms. Lisa J gave me a hard time about me turning the items after they where at the optical department for over a year. I made several attempts so tweak my contracts to get the correct combination. The Optical department did call several time within the year to let us know the contacts we their. I always responded that we have not gotten the correct combination for our contact and we were working with Doctor to tweak them. The last conversation was a call from Ms. Lisa J who said," if you don't to this today I will send the contacts to the address on fill." I called a couple hours after the call and told the young man to tell the manager that called not to send the contacts. Just send them back for a refund to our Flex spending account. He said he would give her the message. Yesterday I went to return the contacts and Ms. Lisa J said she was there then I left message not to send the contacts and that he told me that she sent the package already. That conversation didn't happen. He never told me that the package was sent. Ms. Lisa J refused to refund my money after I requested a refund several times. I continued to tell of my attempt so get the combination of contacts with the Doctor and that I just gave up and wanted a full refund of the purchase price the contacts. Finally you agreed to refund by money after I asked what is your policy and she said there wasn't any for this situation. She went on to ask if I still wanted to wear contracts and my reply was that this has been a horrible experience and I no longer wanted to attempt to wear contacts. She went on to say is was a horrible experience for us both. I feel that her approach of raising her voice, arguing, improper comments, shows her inability to be professional. I will never use that Optical department again.

I really like them - the team there (Lisa, Samantha, Jonathan, Kofi) really care that you're happy with your frames - I've spent over 45 minutes trying on 13 pairs of frames, and they gave me their honest opinion each time. They were also kind enough to sit with me and help me understand how to get the most out of my insurance, as they don't accept it.Selection: I actually liked the selection - you can talk to the team managing the optics center and they'll let you know when they get a new round of frames in. If you have the order number for a set you were looking at, they will be glad to order the frame (if it's available on backorder).I've not used the optometrist (I have to use an ophthalmologist), but the team spoke highly of her, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. I had a very pleasant experience. Most important - I bought two pairs of glasses there for the cost of one pair!
