I usually shop online, butI recently had the pleasure of experiencing excellent customer service at this crate and Barrel. Jonathan went above and beyond to assist me and make my shopping experience exceptional.I also want to commend the exceptional service provided by the store manager Liza. Despite the "final sale" policy, she went above and beyond to accept my return. Her flexibility and understanding of my situation left a lasting positive impression. I'm truly grateful for their customer-centric approach, and I'll continue to be a loyal patron of this store. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Horrible customer service. Second time in a week I have been placed on hold for 10 minutes after being told they would find an associate to help me. Had to hang up both times, never did get anybody. And I am a customer that has just spent $6k on furniture from their store and just looking for a little assistance. Very disappointing, expect better.

Crate & Barrel Excellent chairs & material and kitchen needs & MATTRESS.BUYER HIRED BY CRATE & BARREL did not take into consideration NEEDS OF CUSTOMER sold me a bed frame that one could not pull out the drawers. The only allergy we have is DUST it accumulates and we do not have muscle to lift bed or remove mattress not a simple single mattress. Yes I should have checked the drawers and been a better buyer. a love couch sank parts replaced - to have it done needed to pay someoneor do it oneself if able. What happened to quality???PIER 1 THOUGHT ABOUT CUSTOMER AND SOLD ME OVER THE PHONE A BED WITH EASY TO PULL OUT DRAWERS -strong frame - bunKy board PERFECT!gives me JOY and COMFORT 25 + years BEFORE I BUY vacuum etc I will ask if inventor cleaned THEIR own place.JAPANESE THOUGHT of customer because toilets are raised easy to mop underneathBEST OF LUCK to wonderful Buyers in America one can choose freedom!

I have seen first hand the horrendous communication and organization amongst this team at this Crate and Barrel. They have wasted weeks of my time, and I cannot imagine how they treat their customers any better.I interviewed at this location on the 31st of a October with Laura Barringer. Thing were well as I went back a week later to check back with her on my interview. She told me I was hired as a seasonal worker and assured me I would receive an email with follow up. As a student, I established with them that if I worked over Thanksgiving break, I would be able to take my Christmas break off (as I would be going home for a few weeks).After two visits to the store, a check in email, and almost three weeks after I was initially told I was hired I was invited to an “Orientation” or on-boarding. It went fine except by this point, I was unable to work the Thanksgiving they asked me to because of their slow correspondence. No one alerted me of my first day, gave me the app to find my schedule, or showed me where to find it on the website.I was invited in today by the manager Jerusa as I requested my Christmas break off to go home and was told the best she could give me was a couple days to a week off. I explicitly communicated in the beginning of the hiring process that my plan was to work around Thanksgiving and I would be allowed Christmas off. I was enthusiastic about working over my Thanksgiving break and as a seasonal worker expected to. They were slow from start to finish.Team leaders, assistant managers and the main manager had very little communication amongst one another. I was very clear about my availability yet multiple people still asked me, and ultimately I was denied to move forward. Jerusa the main manager had very little involvement in the hiring process despite it being her store. Their underground warehouse is messy and disorganized, and I do not suggest shopping here based on my observations of their internal management.

I really like Crate&Barrel and I visit the store more often. Sometimes I buy if I find something that I really like or I go see the items few times until I make up my mind.However, I came across this guy whose name is ERNEST. This guy is very Judgmental, rude, unprofessional and gossipy. He's making people uncomfortable to come to the store by making unwanted/ unnecessary comments.

The store is bright and has all the usual Crate & Barrel perks, with many larger pieces of furniture on view upstairs. Staff are very friendly.The customer service has been uneven, however. The first time we came, I was greeted by someone with "hey, welcome back!" (which is fine), but then it took some insisting that I wasn't who the sales person thought I was.The second time, we stopped by to see something that ended up not being on the floor (again, fine). However, we were told we could see a sample of the wood, but then the person who assisted us couldn't produce one. They instead recommended another piece and sent us across the store to see it - to what ended up being yet another piece that we weren't interested in. At that same visit, we were told we should please always order through the store, because online competition made it hard for stores to stay open.The last time, I came to pick up an online order, clicked the curbside pick up link, and waited outside as instructed. After about 10-15 mins I got in line inside and asked about the order. I was told to go back outside. I waited another 10-15. When I returned, my order sat at the cashier's; I remarked that I had been instructed to wait at the curb, and was told "he probably didn't communicate that" (not sure who).Each of these incidents seems small, but next time I'll probably try go to a different store or just order on the website.
