The truth is that I have had cricket for a long time and unfortunately an employee named Uziel made a mistake and they cut my line for two days and ended up charging more money but thanks to Ana she was able to solve my problem and I will no longer have to change companies. But they have to be more careful because if it weren't for her I would have changed.

I was helped in this takoma location with one of an outstanding employee name Dayana that she goes beyond and above to help and solve all my issues.
She is the future of the company and I see big potential in her in terms of solving problems excellent customer service and knows what she is doing.

They took care of my billing problem and told me when I was eligible for a free phone upgrade. (I dislike my phone). I didn't give it five stars only because cricket only has giant phones. If I wanted a tablet, I'd get a tablet. I miss small phones. Oh, and beware of the parking meter with the giant pothole. It might pop your tire.

Exceptional costumer service. The young team has fantastic skills, from nice and friendly welcoming to trouble shooting any little issue. They won't give up until it's done and have many resources ! I have been helped resolving issues with my new iPhone 13 ProMax (that I bought there), nothing was evident for me, and they figured out every single time. I am very happy we still have people like them to help (where spending 2 hours on line with Apple services did not resolve any of my issues !). They are precious, plse Cricket cherish them !

Well, last night I was surprised accompanying my wife's nephew. Two months ago, this has been happening to him. On Tuesday, he went to pay his phone and I paid the money, and the boy didn't activate the phone. When he got home, the phone wasn't activated. I was very disappointed today in this store, I had the best intentions of grabbing a line with my partner, but when I saw my partner in a terrible way discriminating against another person who was before us, and then my partner asked if they were employees Because neither of them even got up to ask if we needed any service or how they could help us. What a shame and shame for my partner who has been a cricket customer for years, and who had recommended them to me.
It is because of employees like these that companies go down, because of this type of customer service.
Personally, I do not recommend this location.

The service in this store is the worst I have ever seen, when I arrived for a question, neither of the two employees got up from where they were, I had to ask if they work in that place so that they would pay attention to me. As a longtime Cricket customer, I felt slighted.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.
