Cannot recommend this place enough! I'm from out of town and came here while I was in DC for work. I did a drop-in on a Saturday with Coach Justin. He did a great job making me feel welcomed by introducing me to the class and took time to gauge my comfortability with the WOD on the board while we did warmups. I told him that I have been practicing my work with barbells and that I was not at 100% with my snatches yet. With the coaching that he gave me (and the whole class) through the workout, I left feeling pain free and more confident in my snatch form than I have ever felt. Everyone was so nice and encouraging, I went back for one more drop-in before I left town. Shoutout Coach El for making 6am so fun with your awesome pop punk playlist! I will definitely be back!!

So glad I dropped in. Excellent coach, and wonderfully kind members made me feel right at home. Enjoyed the “choose your own adventure” format, and made for a unique experience. At the end of it all, got a great workout in, met some nice people, and left feeling great. Thank you Clay and Hierarchy friends!

We are a couple from Spain that have done a drop in at Hierarchy CrossFit. Justin was our coach who was very attentive and friendly. The environment is very friendly and supportive. We really enjoyed our workout there! We really recommend CrossFit Hierarchy! Best wishes from Lorena and José ;-)

Awesome gym! Easy to sign up for a drop in, cheapest I found in DC too. Everyone was super welcoming, helped me find the equipment and understand the class structure. Good workout and attentive coaching! (Just need to bring your own chalk)
