This recently rebranded Shell station sits at the corner of Florida Ave NW and Vermont Ave NW. It has eight pumps, which sounds like plenty, but the lot is pretty small—so getting in and out can be tricky, especially during busy hours.
They sell bagged ice, along with the usual snacks and drinks in the convenience store. The store isn’t the cleanest, and communication can be a bit challenging since the staff doesn’t speak much English. Still, they carry the basics, and it’s an okay stop if you’re in a pinch and need fuel or a quick item. Just don’t expect too much.

The pump didn’t stop when my tank was fun so gas poured out. It covered my car in gas.

Barely any room to move around in a vehicle. First time I've seen a gas hose with a constant leak while you're pumping getting gas everywhere.

I bought products totaling $26. As the cashier spun the protective container around to me the very inexpensive lighter I just purchased comes flying out, hits the floor, and breaks into two pieces. I then look at the cashier and ask if it will be a problem to get another lighter to replace the broken one. He refused and then told me I had already purchased it. ? (correction…I was in the middle of purchasing it before you broke it)After some back and forth he FINALLY offered to at least repair the lighter…which he does with a mcguyvers touch…………..with scotch tape. I have included a video of him fixing the lighter and attached pictures of the “fixed” lighter.It’s super convenient that this place is open 24 hours but customer service leaves something to be desired. Shame on u…I just wanted a working lighter…

Convenient but only half the pumps work at any given time. They’ll shut off the gas flow halfway through your fill-up.
