I had an awful experience with their customer service. I attempted to access my unit over a weekend and when I got there, I discovered from other tenets that none of the doors were working. I called customer service and they told me the manager was aware and that we won’t have access restored for two whole days. I wish they would’ve told us that there was no access before hauling all my stuff over there.
I contacted the manger a week later about this incident and if they’d be giving a discount for the inconvenience. He said he give me a call back tomorrow and never called.
I moved my stuff to a near by storage facility that is 1/3 the price!

I recently had to store my furniture while I'll be away for a couple months. Alberto was very helpful in recommending the perfect storage unit to accommodate all my furniture. The onboarding process to become a customer through a contactless method works perfectly, all the arrangements were done online with just click of a few buttons and done, they provide a map of the floor of your rental making easy to find, this facility has made it incredible easy, well ventilated climate control on everyfloor, easy accesible loading and unloading carts and ramps. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to store their personal and other belongings. A 5 to of 5! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My locker was broken into along with many others. I’ve tried to reach out to management to get this rectified but nothing. Last time I went to get something out of my locker all the keypads were not operational and any one could just walk in. Now when you walk down an aisle you see so many lockers with crow bar damage. To top all this off, as I’ve been trying to get this resolved for over a month they sent me a rental price increase. Ridiculous. It used to not be like this, I swear it’s gotten exceptionally worse over the last year.

I rent it from cube smart. On August the 30th August at 31st I had planned on having all my stuff in storage in squared away. I'll go there on the 31st to get in to put the rest of my things in storage and it's no access. I can't get in the manager saying that they're closing. They're not sending nobody out to open the gate for me. I have to be out of my apartment by the 31st and yeah, I had to go over and hold another storage unit around the corner on 14th venue, I feel like that was very unprofessional of the manager, to tell me that it was not that he could do until the next day after. I told him my situation anyway. That's my thing about you guys. No access in the building. That's not good for a place. It's supposed to be access to your customers from open to ten p m

Happy to get a nice lady at the desk, my storage in the lower floor was very humid, she was very helpful and found some spaces in an upper floor. Left the big one and got two small ones. I had to discard some books and clothes for smell. After all I’m ok

Albert was amazing!! Super helpful and really made the experience a good one. He went above and beyond and helped with getting things prepped so that the move out was timely.
