Worst CVS I’ve ever been to. I’ve never found anything I’m looking for in the inventory. If it’s supposed to be there, it’s out of stock. Everything is locked up, but there’s never anyone working to unlock it. I have never not walked out of this store not empty handed. Avoid at all costs - isn’t worth the waste of your time.

It has always been a horrible experience when I go there. They never pick up the phone so you're forced to go in to resolve mistakes they made. Every time I get a prescription for months, there's always an issue with them billing it incorrectly. And there's always an attitude while doing it. Not professional at all.

1st off, let me give Marchelle a huge shout out for being amazing - always so kind, operating like an octopus when busy n short staffed, super quick... & always impressed she never forgets little store policy stuff - like asking about rewards & etc, especially when store is crazy busy and few times she only one at front. Every time. Her lovely personality never changes either. Most employees here are great, store has everything I need and surprisingly very clean for the corner it's on - I work at similar store and understand the challenges lol. Anyways, thank u Marchelle for being u. Ppl like u make the world a better place. Wish u super blessings in life. :)

I had the worst customer experience with the pharmacist at this location this morning. She was very unprofessional, rude and dismissive. This isn't my primary CVS location. My neighborhood store did not have a medication in stock so they did a search and informed me that this one did so I called and asked my Dr. to transfer the Rx there. I called to verify the availability, after a 25 minute hold, the pharmacist took the call, I explained my situation, she immediately said they didn't have the medication. I again said that another store said she did. She placed me on hold then dismissively said she didn't know why they told me that and that they should have called first. So I asked if she could check to see if another location has it. She responded "I don't have time to do that". This one experience is enough to take my business to a competitor. Do better CVS. This woman should be in no job that requires customer interface.

Take your usual CVS that has unhelpful staff and make the store and not as well stocked and you have this cvs branch.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy - the people working are always polite and capable when I go in, but legit no one EVER picks up the phone when you call. And then eventually the system hangs up on you.

I feel like 60% of my outings during COVID has been to this CVS (because, well, it's COVID so where am I supposed to go...). This CVS makes me laugh because the stuff I want is always gone. It's like a running game now to me. Why hasn't there been Diet Coke stocked in weeks - maybe months? Why did they place a stack of terrifying and large dolls around the waiting area for the flu vaccine? Why is the deodorant locked up? This place is absurd and I kind of love it. I don't hate this place as much as I hate the CVS on 18th & P St NW (the bane of my existence). I don't hate this place at all. The pharmacists are nice and always try to get your prescriptions to you as fast as possible even when there's a long line of angry people. The sales associates are not super friendly but they are never rude either.

No assistance over the phone so had to come in. No urgency with getting my medicine for me or attending to me. In addition, I was told my prescription would be available in 24-48 hours even though it just required one phone call. It’s been 3 days and my prescription is still not ready because no one has bothered to make the one phone call. Staff incredibly unhelpful and not thoughtful in any way. Worst experience.

DON'T SHOP HERE!!! The staff at this CVS is extremely RUDE. From the front end to the pharmacy. I called to ask a simple question. "Do you all have flu shots?" I sat on hold for almost an hour the first time. I called back again and they just let the phone ring and then picked up and placed me directly on hold. No greeting, didn't ask how they can help. Nothing. I tried to call to speak with a supervisor and was told to leave a message. I COULD NOT GET A SIMPLE QUESTION ANSWERED.
