There is no way to contact the pharmacy other than by phone, (no text or messaging options) and routinely, they never pick up. Having visited the store, one can see the staff working and yet I have never witnessed them picking up the phone. It would appear there is a policy to never answer calls.

Horrible customer service. Called to check on a prescription status. They don't know anything to be honest. Children , 15 year old are answering the phone. Was on hold for 30 min, then she comes back to tell me "you are still here"? Then she says the pharmacist is in the restroom. I had to wait again. Finally when provided my information, she hangs up. Way to to. People are so wonderful!

i gave this 5 star Solely for the amazing employee there called 'Rinki"here is why:I visited this store on September 13 to purchase a cashiers check for an embassy, my documents were at the embassy so the only thing i had on me was a US passport, and there was this guy who immediately said that he can't help me and I need to bring a DL, but RINKI ( the store clerk) came to my help and entered everything manually ,she was very patient and friendly and super nice, did everything very professionally and saved and helped me from going back and wasting hours , she is a super star and an amazing employee out standing customer service!

Awful minute clinic. I was 10 minutes late to an appointment to get a vaccine trying to find parking so my appt was auto cancelled. The health technician refused to see me even though no one was waiting and it was clear she was watching videos on her phone in the office. So to be clear, in the middle of a pandemic this technician/nurse felt that it was more important to honor the 10 minute rule and continue to sit in her office doing nothing rather than get a vaccine to someone at the expense of no one else's but her own time which she's paid for. If this doesn't epitomize the inefficiency of our entire health system I don't know what does.

After scheduling an appointment for a covid shot at another CVS in DC the day before, showing up and being told the pharmacist left several hours earlier and would not be taking anyone (they did not cancel) I rescheduled to this location when I got there they refused to give me the shot telling me they were not giving boosters even though their website had scheduled it for me. Terrible healthcare service.

Have been going to this CVS for years for my prescriptions and always filled promptly and courteously. The pharmacists have gone the extra mile on a couple occasions to solve an insurance or other problem.

Check the expiry date of the product you buy, and also make sure that the products are sealed. I bought nuts in May 2021 and found it expired since Nov 2020! I also bought a cream and found it used and dirty when I opened the box at home!

The staff here are actually nice and helpful.I have one major pet peeve though which is that the prices on the shelves are not the same as prices at check out.(And I am swiping my CVS card so it isn't that the price was only available if you have a CVS card and I did not.)It's a small thing that a bottle of generic un-refrigerated seltzer water that should by less than a $1 rings up as $1.49. But it is annoying. Maybe they think you will just pay it, as I did last night, rather than run around finding a staff person to try to correct it.But it does just mean I will be more careful to order my water from Amazon or somewhere online so I don't have to pick it up on the way home at CVS.

THEY HAVE MARIE CALLANDERS POT PIE. Please, go get one from here you will not regret it. Both the chicken and the beef pot pies are 10/10.

Says open at 7am on the doors. Walked here at 7:30 and there was someone at the back... but... doors were still chained up.*edit* the 23rd street entrance closed but not noted. I took another way back to my hotel and was able to enter on M St. Clean, organized and spacious inside.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. On hold forever to get info, the app is unhelpful, they'll decide to hold a prescription without notifying me or my doctor, routinely out of stock.

Minute clinic really suck the system or doctor is really crazy they don't have a realistic time @ the board for the patients I have been waiting for almost 2 1/2 hours
