The pharmacist was amazing! I came in for a vaccine and he was so professional, positive, and kind. I didn’t even feel the needle go in! The entire experience was quick and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this pharmacy.

Why cant you speak to a person, my question is time sensitive, I cant wait an hour for a return phone call. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Been trying for 2 days to get thus prescription.

There are no employees so it took 30 minutes to get otc cough medicine. Prices are way higher than every other store... what am I paying for with this company?

The phone system is so out dated. I can’t speak and it won’t allow me to do anything under the automated system. Other CVS phone allow u to press #1 for Yes #2 for No. this system will just keep hanging up on u.

The pharmacist was rude on the phone and me trying to prepare to get my prescription when I arrived I didn't want to wait until I got there to determine what the best course of action would be to make my prescription affordable she was not helpful at all and then when I got there she didn't look for the most affordable option to ensure that I got the medication that I needed I had to come up with all of the options in terms of looking for coupons or RX codes she was just going to charge me $300 and some odd dollars for a shampoo that wasn't covered by my insurance I understand that my insurance wasn't covering it however I've never been to a pharmacy that did not look for the most affordable option I was able to get my prescription for 30 some odd dollars but it was only after I insisted that she looked for an RX code at which she seemed annoyed by the request I just don't receive much compassion from CVS pharmacies at all if my employer did not require using a CVS Pharmacy I would never use CVS it has been my worst experience ever and I feel like since this location is particularly close to a college the employees feel like they can take advantage of young students knowing that we may not know better or we may not have as much experience advocating for ourselves lucky for me I had my mother on the phone the entire time and she was able to guide me as to my rights and responsibilities because the CVS pharmacist had no interest and ensuring my health

I went to pick up my order and asked the staff if the bag fee was waived because I brought my own bag and didn't need theirs. They didn't understand my words AT ALL and just said I'm good. I trusted them and left, but it turned out the bag fee WAS CHARGED. SHAME ON YOU!! PLEASE HIRE SOMEONE UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH!!

The pharmacy customer service is horrendous & offensive. Both from the counter staff and the pharmacist behind the counter. It appears they are not aware they are in the healthcare business dispensing medications that people actually need for their well-being. I have never had such a terrible experience with a pharmacy. I’d rather travel farther than be attended to by that young male pharmacist currently working there and his staff.

Employee followed me around the store after I picked up my medication. When I went to put my clearly labeled and paid for medication into my bag, he stopped me and asked if I needed help. Turned around and security was hovering over my shoulder too. I just changed to this pharmacy this week, and I am not coming back. As a black person, few things irritate me as much as being treated like a criminal for just walking around. Pharmacist was great though.
Also they didn’t have the limited edition oreos I wanted.
