Staff is expressly rude in the pharmacy!! Target is great and getting a low rating because of the pharmacy: they need to do better and get better staff . Especially the older Ethiopian women with the red hair . No customer service etiquette at all !!

Staff is friendly and kind. Pharmacist is rude and has a problem with questions I guess? Refused me service in person and hung up on me on the phone. This is the closest pharmacy to me; I don’t want to switch but it’s starting to feel like I should.

They are the rudest people ever. I went to pick up my prescriptions and I said to the guy I want to use goodrx and he look at me so bad. he ask my info and proceed to gave me the prescriptions after paid i realize they don't use good rx and i pay cash. i ask if they can change the price and they told me they don't going to do any returns and he said he put a discount when clearly in the paper bill don't show anything. they don't even ask for my insurance. terrible costumer service. they don't want to work.

Called six times and the line got disconnected so I said I was calling from a doctor's office to see if I could get through. The pharmacist hung up on me before answering my question.
Tried to call two more times and no one would answer.
Useless and rude.

Walking into this CVS is like being reminded of every person that disappointed you in your life but then turned into an insular pharmacy experience with a side of gaslighting and explosive diarrhea, all wrapped in your past exes' attachment issues. Somehow it's still not the worst CVS in Columbia Heights either.
