I give a BIG 0 to this pharmacy, shit sucks. The pharmacy doesn't know what is doing. I came to pick up some prescriptions, out of all 4 I only got 2. They made me wait so much, on top of that they missed charged me. The cashier does he's job so poorly. I'm definitely not coming back here. I HEARD SAFEWAY PHARMACY DOES A BETTER JOB.

Very slow pharmacy. Do not come unless you have an hour to burn. I visited on May 12, 2023 at around 6:00 PM and with only three people in front of me, it took over 40 minutes to get my simple prescription. The pharmacists did not seem busy or rushed either.

While visiting the area it started to pour down. Popped in for an umbrella. They were conveniently located upfront. I was surprised how many options they had and that they were all good quality. I used self check out and was out in less than three minutes.

Worst CVS pharmacy I have ever experienced. Each time I have attempted to get a prescription the last four months there has been an issue on their end and I go days / weeks without my medications. They often delay ordering my medication to be in stock. Completely inappropriate . Staff is slow and unhelpful. Wait times are usually 30 min to talk to someone. If I had a car and could go somewhere else, I would.

Why did I just get 4 mosquito bites in this store?Supposedly it's a thing the manager is working on. CVS: your employees here are friendly but super overworked, and they are not paid enough to be getting bug bites on the daily. Unacceptable. You make enough money from the neighborhood (and nationally) that you can afford to invest in your stores. Why, CVS, does it seem like everything is the cheapest you can do - from the carpet, to the displays ... to the vector control? Is this what happens when there is not enough competition in the drug store market? Apparently so!

I’m in this CVS all of the time , and no matter what time of day it is Hiwot ,the cashier is always smiling and willing to help in any way . What’s most impressive is that she remembers each customer by name . She is totally awesome!!!!

This particular CVS store offers convenience, for it's a 10 minute walk from my apartment, and generally has the goods I need and expect a CVS store to have.

They didn't have my prescription. It was sent digitally by my doctor yesterday. After a long and tearful argument explaining that I really NEED this prescription filled and a call to my doctors office, they agreed to rush it for me. However, even my rush order was being rushed behind four OTHER PEOPLE whose prescriptions the pharmacy just never filled despite having had them for days/hours. As we waited, several more were added to that list.

I have to walk into the store multiple times to get all of my prescriptions. I'm probably successful picking up all my prescriptions about 40% of the time. The rest of the time, they have to prepare it for the next day, even though I got a call that it was ready. Or they have to order it, but they do not want to. Then they don't have the prescription, but then they look a second time and they do.

I called the pharmacy this morning on August 31 and I have been on hold for 30 minutes and still haven't spoken to anyone concerning my issue. This customer service at this pharmacy must improve!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I honestly wish I could give it zero stars. I've had an easier time filling prescriptions in Baghdad, and I say that without a hint of hyperbole. Something always goes wrong and what's worse, the pharmacists constantly lie about what the problem is -making it harder to solve- just to absolve themselves from responsibility. I've been without crucial medication for over a month now because of them and sadly that's not even the first time. I live a five minute walk and I'll be switching to a pharmacy much further away. I honestly hope they go out of business.

Consistently the worst customer service experience: always long lines with staff who can barely comprehend basic information and seem lost. Been going there for years and it never fails to showcase the points above.

I asked for a prescription transfer well ahead of running out of pills. A week later it still hasn't been transferred. 2 days unmedicated thanks to their incompetence. Amazon Rx transferred my prescription in a few hours, after I gave up on these people.
