This is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. If I didn't live within a five minute walk of them, I would never consider going to this horrific excuse of a business. RUDE, incompetent, and a waste of time! I've never been able to get anything from them without an extensive wait caused by zero communication from them, having to call and then be placed on at least an hour hold, and when you show up your prescriptions are either missing or incorrect. They also lie to cover up their mistakes and contradict each other depending on what day you call.

I was placed on hold for over an hour and a half at 1030 in the morning on a Thursday. They came on the phone three times to tell me to keep waiting. It would have taken them less time just to do the RX transfer like I wanted. I finally hung up and tried again for another half hour and never got through to them. Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had.

Don’t bother calling the pharmacy for support on prescriptions. They never respond and the only way to get a hold of them is by showing up. I travel frequently and I have lost multiple prescriptions thanks to their non-existent support.

I've never met a cvs I didn't like. Especially, b/c of the extra care card and the weekly great deals. I also pick up my rx for convenience. The pharmacy phone number has never worked unless I select the option as a doctor's office. To be fair, they're super busy and manage to provide great customer service even when under pressure. Great job y'all!

Every month for the past several months my doctor calls in a refill for an Rx and every single time this CVS simply fails to fill it. It waits in file for several days before I finally have to call in myself and ask why I haven't heard anything from the pharmacy \\u0026 if they can please finally fill it. I wait on hold for 20-30 min each time I call and often get hung up on before I can talk to anyone. I've been getting the same Rx filled at this location for 3+ years every few months a new a strange problem comes up that keeps me without meds for days to weeks at a time. It shouldn't be this hard.

This CVS location is one of favorite. I think it's 24 hours? Or it just sets open late. The service is always nice when I visit; The lines are never too long. They always have the essentials that I need. And list of all I love choosing this pharmacy to pick my Rx. I never get any issues from this location.

This is a review for the pharmacy, not the entire store. I was worried because of other negative reviews but I have been pleasantly surprised. The pharmacists have always been kind and attentive. My prescriptions are filled quickly. Very happy!

Far and away the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Always backed up, often sends notifications or autodials saying your prescription is ready only to find that they’re completely out of that medication when you arrive at the pharmacy. Frustrating 10 times out of 10.

I just wanted to come out here and give a shout out to the employee who went out of his way to help me up the steps with my pet stroller, I was hesitant to use the lift and he jumped in to help and also made sure I got back out ok! Great customer service!

I like this CVS, EXCEPT for one thing: dogs. Why is it that this store allows dog owners to bring their dogs in this store? These aren't even service animals; these are regular Scruffy's and Burt's. That's my only complaint. I thought only service animals were allowed in stores?The next time I see a non-service dog in this store, I'm requesting management and calling corporate. I shouldn't have to walk around dogs or dog poop in aisle 13.

This is my least favorite CVS. The pharmacists are not very friendly or helpful when refilling prescriptions. The handicap lift to get up the stairs is broken and I have had to lift my own mobility aid up the stairs and back down on my own while the security guard/ employees just watch. It is embarrassing, exhausting but more than anything dangerous. After being on hold for 20+ minutes speak to a pharmacist to discuss transferring my scripts to a ADA compliant store I finally gave up trying to get through.

Why does it seem that all CVS pharmacies have terrible service. This location is particularly bad. If you go to the pharmacy, you have to wait an unreasonable amount of time. If you call the pharmacy, you're on hold indefinitely. I just hung up after 30 minutes on hold.
