Head Pharmacist is an absolute a**hole, he rejected to answer my questions or help me with my issue. I couldn't resolve anything and really needed the antibiotics for my wisdom teeth removal. I seriously hope management looks into the head pharmacist because I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. Blatant disrespect never ordering to this cvs again and I would recommend it unless your trying to have issues with staff or prescription

Flu, Covid booster and shingrix shots available at this particular location. Waiting time of 30 minutes even with an appointment. This CVS gets really busy, but everyone at the pharmacy and checkout offer excellent customer service.

This is my neighborhood CVS and my favorite pharmacy. Mike, the pharmacist, is both friendly and knowledgeable...making our visits efficient and pleasant. Feels like a neighborhood store - where they know us and care about our business and our health.I like staff as well and it feels clean and organized.

The pharmacist, Mike, who has been here for years, is a delight. Each time he sees me, he says "Hi Kevin". He is always happy to come right to me at the counter. That gesture is appreciated and will keep me coming back for years. I am particularly lucky because this is my neighborhood CVS. Mike is the reason I shop here and I appreciate his kindness and thoughtfulness.

This review is for the pharmacy. I needed to pick up my Rx, but didn't know if they would release it that day (it was the 29th day). There was a bad snowstorm , so I called before venturing out. I tried their phones for an hour - holding, trying again, hitting 2 for physicians, you name it. No answer. Reluctantly, I drove in. When I arrived there were no more than three customers in the entire store and none at the pharmacy. A male pharmacist and female tech were working. After I checked in, I was told I needed to wait. No problem. However, while waiting, I heard calls coming in one after another. The phone ringer was set so low I could barely hear it. Worse than that, it was intentional because not one call was answered in the 30 minutes I waited. I then decided to tell the tech that I'd called in many times to no avail. The pharmacist came out and told me they CAN'T answer the phones because they are understaffed. No customers, but me the entire time! Not understaffed. It was a snowstorm no one was there. I started thinking about housebound elderly customers who would need information about their prescriptions over the phone. It was just ridiculous-- and rude. Then another male pharmacist started his shift, two pharmacists began working together (they seemed to be friends, and weren't busy, considering all their banter and laughter- though I couldn't understand what they were saying as I only speak a little Arabic). The phones kept ringing. This was terrible and irresponsible. It's not a grocery or clothing store, it's a pharmacy, where people go to get the Rx they need for their HEALTH--and none of their staff thought about that (well maybe they did, but they didn't CARE). People like this, licensed health care professionals , need to care about the welfare of their customers. I never had any prescriptions sent there again.

The never answer the phones. Ever. How do you have a pharmacy that intentionally avoids answering the phones? This causes em huge delays in getting your prescription. The front store literally said I'll tell them to answer your call and they still didn't answer. I've never seen a pharmacy that you can't get in touch with. On more than a dozen occasions I've had to call for hours and got no response. You need to answer so ppl don't drive all the way up there for you to mess up their prescriptions or have issues with them.

My 2 experiences there (one in using the photo machine and the other using the pharmacy) were great. Also they sell beer and wine. Always have problems with the CVS down the street so I decided to try this one. Trinh in the pharmacy took really great care of me and i think I've found my new regular cvs (fingers crossed).

I tried to call and talk to a pharmacist and they put me on hold for 30 minutes and never got back on the line. I hung up after 20 minutes and called back twice never getting through. If you're that terribly staffed, hire more people! There is no excuse for that kind of terrible service!

The manager is intelligent and smart on top of that he works hard ,Mr Mj has always been accessible to his staff and customers service . Employees r cheerful.
