On a recent trip to DC, was sitting outside of this CVS at 7:05am. Lights are off. Doors are locked. Open time on the door is 7am.Closest CVS to my hotel and needed some emergency travel meds.Once the staff with keys arrived, everything I needed (and so many other random things - like lotion) are behind security locks. This is... something.

not even exaggerating when i say this is probably the worst CVS in all of DC or maybe even all the DMV area period. every time i come here it takes an hour just for me to get my prescription. the pharmacist wouldn't take my doctors script because she "was going to lose the piece of paper". the lady wouldn't fill my allergy meds because the line was too long meanwhile the line was caused by her inability to do her own job efficiently. like it took her 35 minutes to give someone their medicine and by the time she finished, the pharmacy line went so far that people were crowded by the store doors. this place is loaded with prescriptions yet they only have 1 worker on the clock that's barely competent enough to do her job (besides ife). find another location; even if it's way further than here. trust me it'll save you hours of wasted time

so miserable! nothing was ready. i had to wait in line twice. still wasn't ready. the line is sooooo long and the poor workers are so short-staffed. gonna switch my pharmacy. yikes

This is my 5th & 6th time coming to this cvs and they machine is never working to load cards or but anything at register everything just doesn't work they need to close this CVS the workers are lazy as hell !!!!!

Poorly maintained and very little product. Go to the Harris Teeter market across the street.

Do not schedule a COVID vaccine here, they are out of stock (have been since August) although the CVS website allows you to schedule. They will cancel your appointment the day of without sending alternative slots for other CVS locations.

This CVS has pretty much everything I need, though it is on the smaller side. The staff is always kind and welcoming, however sometimes the store seems a little disheveled. Could use an update and carpet cleaning.
