The pharmacy staff are really nice, but they are always significantly under-staffed (which is not their fault). And all kinds of people obviously come to the pharmacy because they’re sick, but the pharmacy has no disinfectant gel at the point of sale so you are tapping on a screen with germs from everybody else while Covid surges and other viruses are prevalent, especially in the winter Months.

The new “feature” routing any pharmacy call to voicemail is absurd. There’s no way to talk to anyone about your prescriptions. Pharmacy counter staff are generally incredibly rude and unhelpful. This CVS is the worst.

There's a sign that ways 24 hour pharmacy. Google map says they're open 24/7. Maps they're open as I type this. There's NO posted hours on the store windows or doors.
Reality? As you can see, it's not open. The pharmacy is not open. Operating hours? Take a wild guess

The staff were really helpful at this location. More selection than the other CVS down the road on 14th street.
Self check out kiosks were easy to use.
Located next to a large Whole Foods.

lol. I just love "Yeah, Everyone Loves a Pile-on!" Poor cvs... no, actually they earn every single bad review. The only thing i didn't see mentioned while scrolling was the fact that security guards outnumber the employees after a certain hour. It's awful start to finish, but if you think of it as a run down 24 hr convenience store with a pharmacy that is good in a pinch but is not even close to 24 hrs... you can give 2 stars and not lose sleep.

they typically have anything I need, they're open 24/7 and the pharmacy is open late, too. and they also always had my meds and they have never given me an issue except the loud and annoying short beat cop with the locs that they used to have in thete from time to time.
